I heard about Arcade Skincare on Natalie Cassidy's podcast. I'm originally from South Wales so the recognisable Welsh accents perked my interest! I have really sensitive skin and historically, even products described as 'suitable for sensitive skin ' I can end up reacting to. So far I have purchased the fragrance free whipped soap and gel to milk make up remover. Both are fantastic, lovely to use and I've had zero reactions! I will definitely be re-ordeing! Ordering process via the website was easy and faster than expected delivery! The hand written thank you note in each order is also such a lovely touch.

Honestly the best skin care product I’ve ever used. Rich and hydrating, it leaves my skin soothed and healed. Wonderful to use and easily absorbed.

The instant I paid for my goods I realised the company is located in Newport and I live in London.I sent email requesting for payment for delivery which they agreed to send me a payment link for the delivery. After three days without receiving the payment link, I sent another email and alongside an apology for late response, I was asked to send my delivery address with a promise that the goods will be sent without any delivery payment as a consolation for time wasting.
As I write this there has not been any delivery or communication from them . This has dragged on for more than a week now.

I’m on to my second batch of shampoos conditioners face bars and cleansing bars now and I can’t imagine I’ll go anywhere else for these products again not only has my hair condition improved completely ( no more dry scalp ) but these products last forever and are so reasonably priced and completely natural that’s ticked all my boxes thank you to all your team

I bought the hydration cream after much deliberation over the wonderful choices, but was given amazing advice on which cream would suit me.

I have rosacea and perimenopausal dry skin, this cream is like putting a blanket on, I can't wait to put it on my face every morning and night! Thank you Arcade Skincare this is everything I have been looking for.

I have struggled with hormonal acne for all of my teen years, but nothing has cleared it up. I also messed up my skin barrier using really harsh chemicals, leaving my skin sensitive and irritated.
I've been using the cleansing gel, hydration cream, and charcoal cleanser for a month now and the difference is amazing. My skin no longer burns when I wash my face and I have noticed a significant reduction in break outs.
I also loved how the packaging is all recyclable. You can tell a lot of care went into making these products.

It’s such a relief to finally find a brand that works for my unpredictable skin. The crew at Arcade are always super helpful and know exactly what to suggest. Theres a product for every skin type. I have highly sensitive skin and have always been weary of trying new products but have found this is the only brand that works for me. I highly recommend giving them a try. With regular use I’ve seen some major improvement in the condition of my skin.

OMG I am absolutely obsessed with Arcade Skincare! The best find ever! They are Welsh based, wholesome ingredients and amazing on my skin. My facial redness has reduced greatly and my skin condition has improved. I love their turmeric soap and Ultimate Glow Balm plus their wonderful shampoo and conditioner bars. Very helpful business, I reached out to Alex and Mike for advice on what cleanser to use to get rid of the smell of chlorine after swimming.

I was advised to use Clarifying Charcoal & Tea Tree Cleanser. After my first swim soaking in the pool for 90 minutes I put it to the test. First shower no smell of chlorine very pleased.

I’ve always suffered with very itchy dry skin and normally moisture every day.

Since using the Clarifying Charcoal & Tea Tree Cleanser my skin has not been itching and I’ve only had to moisturise every once in a while instead of every day. I’m very pleased to actually have skin what is no longer dry and itchy!

If I knew normal shower gels was the problem I would have switched over a long time ago!

I’m constantly training so always hot and sweaty with outbreaks of spots and sweat rashes. Since switching to charcoal my skin has cleared up.

If your constantly training or a sweaty person like myself get your hands on the Clarifying Charcoal & Tea Tree Cleanser you will not be disappointed!!
