Im pressed by support and quality of the videos coming out of it!

Avoid, I decided to create an account because the ads claimed it was free to try, great videos, etc, etc. After I decided to try and create my account, had to fill a very long questionnaire only to be met with a paywall asking for $110 USD, no free trial, one video credit to test or something, they simply provide a demo video similar to the one in their ads, felt scammed and left the website

The platform works great! I was able to pick avatars and put the scripts in and get it processed. The customer service is excellent they respond fast to emails.

Love this platform as it lets us create several winning videos for our creative testing process. Hands down best one I've used

The support is great, quick to reply and offer support on the platform and features. High quality ads that are great. Our metrics across the board have soared up.

They pitch it and have creators review it in a certain light, but the voices and ai creators do not move and/or sound natural. They do not offer you a trial and force you to pay $110 before you try anything. They know its not great which is why theres a pay wall. NO opportunity for a refund

This is a classic video ai creative tool that is overpriced and locks features behind more and more expensive paywalls. It is OK for a basic video ai creation, but you will 90% need to use other tools to actually get a final output. I wouldn't recommend this at it's base value. Worth testing, and can imagine some specific use cases.

Pricing was only available upon creating an account, which appears to be excessive on its own, let alone considering the heavy usage limitations. As others have pointed out, the product is not ready and it all feels much like a scam than a good product. Also, not worth trusting all the LinkedIn hype... loads of AI bots in the threads.

very bad platform, they promot to get your 1st video free them when you create an account they ask you for money, how can i test this without paying, you cant lol. totoal joke

Great experience, fast and high quality video production.

While the product can improve (this is general feedback for all AI companies solving video gen at this point), there is a solid offering and use case for brands. Customer support is fast (with the help of bots) and more importantly, empathetic (helped me manage a deadline). As soon as the bot can't resolve, a human customer rep swoops in to help.

the platform just is not there at all and they don't offer free trial because of this

They took my money and ghosted me. I paid for two video editing services for $88 each, and they took my money and ghosted me. Plus, their AI videos are junk except for one "actor" Helen. What a waste of money, no communication - they just ignore me on chat and via email. I filed two chargebacks to try to get my money back.

I’ve been using Arcads for my skincare brand ads for months now, it’s so cost effective and ends up being WAY cheaper than paying for a UGC creator. The quality of the AI actors is insane. The fact I have control over it makes it so much better too, the staff are so helpful, and I like what they’re gonna implement to it in the future! If you have an ecom brand, please dont miss out on this opportunity.

Total joke, it can't even say "Ai" - here is a video (wont let me post the video of how bad it is) - now the best part is I had to pay over $10 for the privilege of re-writing my script to say "A i" instead of "Ai" which is the only way to get their bot to say that word correct. I get it, i've dealt with this on other tools, the issue is they are way over priced and every edit is $10+ again, and its an endless attempt to upsell you through the paywall to higher tier. You have to pay $100 to actually sample it, no trial, no test, because they know you will run. IT keeps trying to get you to upgrade higher to pro to unlock the real stuff. And it charges money for its own mistakes like not saying the word "Ai" properly. RUN AWAY THIS IS A JOKE!
