I cannot lnock this company one bit i currently have their artic 3 loquid cooler 240mm 2 fan unit fotted along with 3x artic pro argb p14 fans on my pc settup running a ryzen 7 5800x and i am blown away by how cool it keeps my pc and b550m tuf gaming board cool whisper quiet while playing bog games like borderlands 4 forza etc never have i seen a system run so cold that the temps dont usually go above 70 degrees c very value for money and best products iv used . Even sent out replacment offset brackets for amd processors that was missing from a liquid cooler bought else where free of charge and very quickly too cheers artic

Lost parts of my 360 aio cooler and the team shipped out a new mounting kit asap once I provided the invoice.

There was no cost in doing this and the team were excellent to deal with.

They send replacement for 2 fans of the Arctic Freezer ARGB cause the lights wouldnt turn on. With 2 mails, they were ready to send, and in a few days i had the replacements in my hands. Unbelievable service!

My liquid freezer 3 pro's vram fan was starting to make rattling noise and i contacted Arctic. They were happy to help and sent new vram fan and solved my problem very quickly. I would highly recommend buying Arctic products because of their quality and customer service.

Amazing Company with great customer service, Ordered a 5 pack of fans one was damaged in transit on the corner spoke to support and 2 days later a brand new fan was delivered to my door. Also great quality fans and nice and quiet in my case. Will use again for my next build

I also really appreciate Arctic’s customer support. They are helpful, responsive and professional, and it is reassuring to know that support is available if you ever have a problem or need advice. Overall, I am very happy with the quality, performance and customer service provided by Arctic.

I do not need to talk about the quality of their products, they speak for themselves. I had a problem with a Summair 2Go, I contacted the customer support and they quickly solved my problem, without making me feel "wrong". Honestly, this is how a customer service should work. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Products are great, customer service works as it should. If something missfunction they are sheeping you a new thing without a problem. That's how u earn a customer.

Excellent product and customer service
Very happy with my Liquid Freezer III Pro 360. Excellent performance, and ARCTIC customer service was responsive and helpful throughout my order.
My only criticism is the shipping option to Cyprus. The parcel took around three weeks to arrive from Germany, with almost no meaningful tracking updates during transit. Other shipments I receive from mainland Europe commonly arrive within 2–3 days.
I would happily pay a reasonable extra charge in the future for a faster shipping option with reliable end-to-end tracking.
Apart from the shipping experience, I am very satisfied with both the product and ARCTIC's support.

They provided me, for free, 4 screws that I needed for installing the cooler.
The screws belonged to the MOBO, but Arctic helped me.

Happy with my arctic liquid freezer III 280 CPU cooler. Excellent and free support when the small additional vrm fan needed replacement.

I bought 8x ARCTIC Arctic P12 PRO PST and installed it into my personal computer. After 6 months, one of the fan started having bearing issues and I contacted ARCTIC directly for an RMA. It was hassle free, I sent them the video of the bad bearing, and they did not hesitate to mail me a new fan without returning the faulty one. Great customer service and RMA experience by Jessica.

Purchased the Artic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 AIO based on reviews & recommendations - not disappointed ! Excellent product that does what it's supposed to do with no fuss, simple to install and setup. Ordered Arctic Liquid 360 3 Pro Argb and P12 Pro fans. Received 4 days after shipping. I damaged the 3 in 1 cable when installing the AIO. I wrote to Arctic about buying another cable and some cooling paste. They replied that they would send a new one free of charge. I received the cable and cooling paste 4 days after they shipped it. Very satisfied customer.
