Cheap fabric and you can be suprised when the bill is close. Even i you ask to cancel your order (20 minutes after) They will say your order as already sent. SACM, Theft. On my side i said to visa that i have been hack by theft. Any Thing it's cheap matérial.
Arctic Cool proudly proclaims a "60-day cool comfort guarantee", wherein if you are unhappy with your clothes for any reason you get a refund, no questions asked. There's no asterisk at the end of that or small text at the bottom to let you know terms apply. In reality, their policy is not to allow any refund or exchange of anything sold outside the US (and naturally they make zero effort to tell you this).
Their sizing guide is a joke. The clothing I received was either way smaller or way bigger than what the measurements on their website suggested. With most online clothes retailers this wouldn't be a problem, you just try it on and exchange for a different size. Well too bad, all international sales are final.
Maybe they honor what they say in the US, maybe they don't. Given how sneaky these guys are it wouldn't surprise me if they don't. If you're outside the US, know that you're basically gambling wildly on the sizing, and you'll be stuck with whatever you get. If you look up reviews of the brand online you'll find I'm not the only one who thinks their sizing is way off.
