Cannot recommend if booking an…

Cannot recommend if booking an excursion while on a cruiseship. We just learned unfortunately after paying more than $3000 canadian for 2 different excursions to 2 different Greenland ports. The ports were cancelled ehile we were on the cruise that there is too much ice in their ports thereby for safety reason, the ports were cancelled. No refund. This organization was aware of the port conditions, why did they not inform us that cruiseships were not able to enter their port. Thereby, no one should book this company while on a cruise ship!!!!
