I was Scammed by Lifestyles Resort and Spa in the Dominican Republic on August 4, 2024; they offered this bogus timeshare or vacation club, which required a $5000.00 Spryr Membership that was billed for an admission fee. When you call the customer service line, the phone cuts you off and sends you a ticket number via email. That someone will get back to you. Lifestyles and Spyr are complicit in the fraudulent billing practices. Stay Away if you don't want the mountain of red tape or need legal counsel.

We booked our vacation in Lifestyles Holidays Royal Suites through Spryr.com after seeing their ad on Facebook. When we needed to change our dates, the customer service team was really helpful and changed them despite the non refundable policy! They even gifted us concierge service as a surprise to make our stay even better. Great experience overall and I hope they keep their prices low for next year too!

The customer support was amazing and I loved the resort I stayed at. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. It was easy to navigate the website and book my vacation. I loved going to the Dominican Republic and will definitely recommend Spryr to friends and family!

My wife and I were hoodwinked into including the Spryr membership by Lifestyle Vacation. The lying salesman from Lifestyles claimed that we would receive a monthly payout for the membership. When I talked to the Spryr rep in re the payout, He said it would be quarterly instead. Fine I replied. However, the quarterly payout was only $2.00 and if I wanted it deposited into my bank account, there would be an additional charge. Spryr is a start-up so I was told to be patient for a legitimate dividend. I spoke to Lifestyle and they told me the same thing. My wife and I regret ever signing up with Lifestyle. We were never told that Spryr was a start-up and that if we ever received a dividend, it wouldn't be for years. Shame on us for signing up with Lifestyles and Spryr.

Way back in July of 2023, I was sold a subscription by Lifestyles resorts for $2200. They were not clear what it was but the salesman said it might help me offset the cost of the RCI subscription and I agreed to it. Turns out it is pretty much the same damn thing as RCI. When I called Lifestyles, they ghosted my calls and I never got any emails or letters from Spryr either to even figure out what exactly it is. So I finally get Spryr on the phone and they tell me its too late to get a refund.

Very easy to book my vacation and i had a great vacation
