Thank you for getting back to me in a very transparent and professional manner. There was an advert where youi answer the questions with the promise of winning an iPhone, who does not want to win that and it was showing further that the amount you pat is somehow for shipping, though it was very little but i tried it. Only to find out that I am being registered as a member and I need to buy using the discoun. This was very disappointing to me but I must say the person I was chatting with did give me clarity she/ he knows her/his story hence I said I am cancelling the membership it is not what I wanted at all

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge and Fraud Complaint
Dear Sir/Madam,
An unauthorized payment has been withdrawn from my credit card by your company without my knowledge or consent. This transaction clearly constitutes fraud.
I have not requested any subscription, purchase, or payment. Nevertheless, a charge has been made to my card, which is both unlawful and a violation of consumer rights.
Therefore, I demand:
• The immediate refund of the unauthorized amount,
• The complete removal of my card information from your systems,
• An official explanation regarding this matter.
Otherwise, I will initiate the necessary complaints and legal proceedings with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, my Bank, and the relevant judicial authorities.
