Misleading company

I was sent an email claiming to be from postcode lottery. I was informed that I can claim an advent calendar for the price of the postage which was £2.00. Then a few days later I discovered they took £41.00 out of my bank account. I spent a long time on the phone with my bank trying to sort this out. In the end I got in touch with this company. They said I signed up to them which I did not. Then they said I would get a refund as a good will gesture if I left a good review about them. They even told me what to write!! They are misleading. I will not support anyone who scams people out of their hard earned money.

Scam? Still unsure!

Not clear who this is or if it’s a scam? Email received claiming to be from John Lewis offering a prize for postage fee only but then turned out to be a Company in Cyprus?
