kuredu beach Resort was a real surprise, as we were not very convinced by our choice. But the pictures do not correspond at all to reality. Our decisin was in any case the best for us. The island is beautiful, the vegetation is lush and it has a beautiful reef. We were also always honestly advised about the costs. The were no unpleasant surprises. thank you again for everything

We took a honeymoon trip to the Maldives with Arenatours and it couldn't have gone better. From the reservation where several hotels were suggested to us to the stay where everything was perfectly planned, we have only good things to say. A big thank you for making our dream of visiting the Maldives a reality!

I just returned from a trip of 3 days at Dubai and 1 week in Maldives with Arenatours. I do not often travel with agency, it was my second time and i would like to say that was everything amazing and very well organized. They have a good structure for the turists, they answer all my questions ( i was assisted by Miss Chiara Raimundo)and the selected hotels ( in Dubai and Maidives ) were perfect in confort and localization.
I am very satisfied and i think it was a good choice do Maldives and Dubai with them!!!

Ours was a holiday like many others, delayed by 2 years, however the patience and support from Marta was excellent. We experienced Outstanding Customer Service and Support from everyone who was involved in our Family Holiday to the Maldives, from Marta to Nassem to the staff at the Residence Maldives that spoiled us rotten. Arenatours are simply the best in turning your dreams into reality. From the onset, they listened carefully to our wishes for countries we had never visited and came up with a tailor made itinerary that catered for our wishes in accommodation that was just right. This year it was a week in Sri Lanka followed by the Maldives for a bit of relaxation. We are nature lovers but also wanted a bit of the taste and culture of Sri Lanka and the outcome was superb everything from, elephant safari, tea plantations, amazing temples at Kandy & Dambulla and of course the awe inspiring Sigiriya rock which did take some climbing! For the Maldives it was a lovely quiet island with great snorkelling and diving and rooms which blended into the landscape and did not intrude which we loved. A great holiday better than we hoped and an experience we will always remember and definitely repeat with Arenatours.

We had a memorable trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar with Arenatours. Marta was our agent and It was a pleasure communicating with her as she made the whole process very easy. Questions were answered very quickly, there was a lot of back and forth to get our trip scheduled for our convenience and Marta was very professional and accommodating . The activities and the game parks chosen were a perfect fit for us, also excellent Choice of accommodation and the Residence Zanzibar was a treat!. - Wonderful, unforgettable holiday.

We booked our honeymoon with arenatours because a good friend of mine had hers booked with them and she said the experience was amazing. Ana was reliable and answered all our queries with clarity and speed, giving us the peace of mind we needed when planning a honeymoon. The pandemic came along and we couldn't follow through with our plans. For more than a year now, they have been supportive and understanding, trying their best to accommodate all the changes we requested and presenting alternatives, options, etc. My husband and I were still hoping we could go somewhere anytime soon, but because the situation got worse for international travel, we decided to ask for a refund and assess in the foreseeable future. Once more,arenatours didn't disappoint and showed us their support and understanding. We had no issues whatsoever when asking for the refund. To summarize, Arenatours is a reliable company. We hope to return to them soon with a new honeymoon plan. I will choose "Arenatours" no matter where we go.

The trip was really good. Our guides and tour services were outstanding. We also want to mention our driver in Sri Lanka, Nimesh, who is not only an excellent driver, but also a very thoughtful and considerate person who is great fun as well. He was extremely reliable and efficient and made our time in the country absolutely stress free. He always has a smile and pleasant greeting!! I recommend Ana and Arenatours, no hesitation!

Super organization, beautiful hotels! Special Thank you to Marta, for answering all my questions so patiently. She put together a varied and fascinating package on quite a tight budget. She made personal recommendations, all of which added greatly to the trip and went out of her way to search for the best air and hotel rates for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services 100%, Turkey is now my favorite holiday destination and can't wait to return.

Sam was very helpful and always ready to assist us in our holiday planning . As we wanted to shape our trip as much as possible ourselves she was our coach and expert and did all the bookings once we had decided. Always very quick in reply, Marta was extremely professional - responding immediately to our questions and requests. Her suggestions were always precious and descriptive. I have to commend Ana on the service provided for our combo to Sri Lanka and Maldives. Emails were always answered in a very prompt manner. This holiday went so smoothly, thanks to the planning by Ana.
