I placed my order in January and after months of emails and delays, I still never received part of my order (3 dresses).
The company blamed the courier and refused both a refund and a reshipment, even though the items were never delivered to me.
Communication took months and the experience was extremely disappointing.
I would personally not order again.

I ordered two dresses and only got one delivered. After almost 3 months of going back and forth via e-mails where they insisted they were doing "further investigation to solve the problem", they simply said the logistics department disposed of my second dress and since it was a third-party problem they could not do anything about it, meaning I was left with neither a reshipment or a refund. Not to mention I basically had to beg for updates every week because they wouldn't send me any responses. Also the quality of the dress I got was horrible you can probably find better on shein.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company at all costs!!!! The dresses are NOTHING like the pictures and they refuse refunds or returns, after weeks of emailing and sending photos as requested they then told me the warehouse confirms the right dress was sent and are unable to offer return or refund. I am left with an absolutely awful dress only good enough for the bin. HONESTLY don’t waste your money I wish I had seen the reviews first before purchasing. FALSE ADVERTISING and shocking service!!!!

Do not buy anything from them. The company doesn’t accept any product returns. They asvertise that the have full money back guarantee but no, they don’t. They claim refund doesn’t apply to products on sales. But almost all of their clothes are ”on sales”. I've never come across an online store with a rule like this before.

Please do not order from this company.

Before I even tried the dress on the zip broke and the hem is uneven.

I sent photographs and clear evidence of the faults so their " quality inspection team" could analyse the damage.
It's actually laughable but the " quality inspection team" said I had caused the damage...
What?....I haven't even managed to try the shoddy item on.

Please read all the negative reviews before you buy.
The only advice I can give is SCAM company...Items not as you see in the photos and quality shocking.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 dresses on promotion, obviously I should have read the reviews on here but didn’t think of it at the time. Anyways the dresses are sooo cheap, they are bad made and they definitely don’t look the same as the pictures. And now they are refusing to take them back because it’s not a valid return and because they are on promotion (both dresses are still up on the website). Do yourself a favour and do not order from here!

Incredibly poor material and nothing like the photos, when requesting a refund, told no and it is in the refund policy anything in the sale cannot be returned however on the page you are constantly shown the message 30 day money back guaranteed with no ‘t&cs apply’ message beside the message. Would not recommend

THIS IS SCAM!!!!! This company seems to operate by strictly selling items "on sale" so they can refuse all returns—even for defective products. I ordered a black dress, and what I received looks nothing like the pictures on their website. The quality is incredibly poor; the material feels cheap, there are loose threads everywhere, and the seams are completely unfinished. Despite the item arriving with obvious manufacturing defects, customer service still refuses to issue a refund. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I bought a pair of pajamas that were sponsored on Instagram. I received them and, trust in all that is mighty, they looked completely different from what was advertised.

It wasn't necessarily about the fit... not everything can look the way it does on models. It was the way the clothes were actually made. There was stitching around the bottom of the top that prevented it from falling and flowing the way it did in the ad. On top of that, the medium fit like an XS. I know my sizing, and I had friends try it on who all agreed it looked awful.

The reason I'm taking the time to write this review (which I normally never do) is because I reached out to them about the issue, hoping they'd understand, and they took zero accountability. They said the pajamas "looked fine" when it was abundantly clear they didn't. It's false advertising. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

I bought the ARIA BELLE Aria Hourglass Maxi in Mocha, size M, thinking it was going to be good quality and actually cinch me in at the waist for a wedding. But when it finally arrived, which took longer than most of my Temu orders, it was really disappointing.

It’s very cheaply made and the “corset” is just a fabric imitation, nothing like what the pictures make it look like. It’s so far off what’s advertised that it honestly doesn’t seem like the same item at all.

I then tried to return it, but you have to email them through their website. I’ve done this multiple times and still haven’t had a single response.

At this point I’m considering going to my credit card provider to get this sorted. Leaving this review as a last attempt to get a response.

Moral of the story, don’t order.

Worst experience ever ! Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. The clothes are not the same as advertised in the pictures. They take your money and do not do refunds/returns. I wish I could minus rate them, the most horrible website ever. They are scam artists

If the system can mark ZERO stars, I will go for it. The website is a fraud. They tracked the customer with a 30-day return policy, and then ended up rejecting any refund or return with a FINAL SALES excuse.
Girls, if you have the same situation, go straight to the bank and ask for a dispute with the reason of Item Not as Described. This is the law! Protect your money!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Be careful with this shop, the dresses are nothing like the pictures and you can’t return anything. Their policy says if it’s on sale you can’t return it, everything is on sale on their website. One package didn’t even arrive and now I’ve been fighting with them through email since February (it’s end of April now) to get my money back. They keep saying the same reply, we will check and get back to you. Horrible, worst experience ever!

The dresses do not look anything like the pictures on the website and the quality is awful.
If you buy anything with a discount they don't let you return or exhange.
They are trying to dupe high end brands such as BabyBoo and failing miserably. Rubbish customer service and no return process.

I've made a purchase on the 12th of february. To this day I didn't receive my order, it's "supposedly" on transit, but the status hasn't been updated since 05/03/2026.
I've contacted customer support many times asking for a reimbursement but they deny it, saying "they can't make it".
I have not receive my dress or my money back. I'll proceed with a sue.

I ordered a dress from ariabellestore.com that looked structured and high quality in the product photos. However, the item I received was very different in terms of design, structure, and overall quality.
The dress had no corset support as shown, the back design was different, and the fabric felt cheap. It did not match the product description or images.
I contacted customer support and provided photos, but they refused a refund and claimed it was a sizing issue, even though the problem is clearly that the item is not as described. They also used their “final sale” policy to deny any resolution.
After raising my concerns, I was blocked on Instagram instead of being assisted.
Very disappointing experience. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering from this store

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ARIA BELLE. I ordered many items and in different sizes. Apparently they are ‘non refundable because they are sale items’ all items on their website are sale items!! and when you go to the ‘contact’ page, the first thing it says is that they have a ‘30 day money back guarantee’ and also says ‘return ANY unused items’ - they didn’t mention anything about sale items being non-refundable. When I contacted them they set me a link that shows their return policy. But the way they did it is so misleading and also the quality is terrible. I sent them several emails and they refuse to refund my items. The quality is so bad that I can’t even wear them so I just wasted money on scammers, and don’t be fooled by the pictures they put on instagram!! They look nothing like the real items. Would not recommend.
