Avoid at all costs - Ordered dresses at christmas, this company is a complete fake, they are knock offs from china. All other reviews have said it but its a trap to say you can return, everything is on sale on the site so no returns policy at all. Cant believe they are still trading, expected them to have gone bust by now.

Do not buy.
The order took more than a month to arrive, and they replied to emails very late. I also couldn’t track my shipment. Finally, my order arrived, and I was disappointed when I received it.
I ordered size S thinking it would be slightly fitted and normal, not too big, not too small, but what I got was almost like a size L. The material was terrible. The shorts could be pulled up to my chest, and of course, if you don’t have big boobs, this nightwear won’t fit you. Thats the truth.
I threw it away. Never buy from this website, they are scammers.

the pyjama set i bought came with 3 torn stitches.. as if the color being entirely different from the advertisement wasn’t enough. the fabric is horrible and feels like it’ll give me cancer. the laces are randomly and awfully sewn. plus the on the bottom the tyre is so up it’s impossible to be comfortable and EITHER you put it up or down it just doesn’t fit the way a bottom short should, the top of the hip cut is too loose and looks horrible. this is an entirely fail of a product. never shopping from them again.

TOTAL SCAM!! Order never arrived!!

I bought the “ Midnight Kiss Lace Set” and i mean it arrived, took a little less than a month. its definitely shein quality and was too tight. on the model it looks to be very flowy and such but on me it was like a regulator tight top. still wearable.

I was a bit scared ordering online but everything was perfect . Delivery to the UK was faster than expected and the dress fits beautifully. Love the style

First, something went wrong with delivery. Then, my package automatically returned to the sender without my permission. And now they can’t find it?! Excuse me but it’s been 2 months. TWO MONTHS!!
They only give me my money back when they have found the package. What the f!

Do not fall for this company, the items arent as advertised, they get around that by saying the light may change it! There are no lables on the items so no indication of sizing or if new! The quality is poor and you cant return anything if on sale! Lol go figure. Customer service to reply but basically tell you to get lost!

They put everything at sale price and after a month of it coming and not being what you expect. They said they can refund you due to their refund policy.

I ordered a dress in two sizes, with a clearly stated 30-day return policy. Now the return is not being accepted because it is supposedly a final sale. That’s obviously ridiculous. I can’t resolve it with them either, because despite the evidence I’ve emailed, I keep receiving the same response. I will therefore involve legal assistance. It’s outrageous that the website is still online.

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They advertise products from other expensive website and issue cheap and low quality items from China, taking over 25 days to arrive. In my case I think its lucky I received an item, as I know many people haven't received anything. Due to the long delivery from China, and the cheap quality of the item I was eligible for a refund - they refused the return and won't reply to any of my emails now. I have reported their website as fraud and their instagram page - more people need to do the same to stop the scam!

I LOVE IT. I bought the midnight kiss pj set. Was very cheap so I was really skeptical but the material is soft and looks great on me. There’s no tag for the bottoms to tell you where the front or back is but I figured it out it looks amazing on me, and came in quite a reasonable time.

I waited an entire month for my order to arrive, and during that time the tracking repeatedly showed as invalid, which made me think the item might never come.

When it finally arrived, the disappointment was immediate. The quality was extremely poor, and the styling, zip, material, and overall finish looked cheap and badly made. It was nothing like the item shown online and looked like a low-budget imitation. It is not something I would ever wear.

What makes the experience even worse is that they do not offer refunds on sale items. After receiving such a disappointing product, I was simply told that no refund could be given. That is unacceptable.

I am highly disappointed with this purchase. I will never buy from this brand again, and I would not recommend it to others. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It’s a scam, they do not refund you and claim that all products are in the ‘final sale’ so ineligible for refunds. The products are cheap and poor material with a long wait for delivery, alongside poor communication from the seller. Luckily my bank were able to refund me.

Saw many instagram ads of this cute pyjama so had to order one… don’t recommend. Cheap fabric straight from China. Overpriced for the quality.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is nothing but a scam!! I purchased a dress which looked NOTHING like the pic! Also took 19 working days to get delivered! Refused a refund as it was sale! ALL OF THE ITEMS ARE SALE so nothing can be returned! Please do not waste your money! I’m shocked this shit show hasn’t been shut down! I have reported it to the bank and trading standards!!
