Really good when carrying out the transplants.
A bit of the organizing side of things needs work, but lots of great support both pre- and post-op

I had my hair transplant at Ariana Clinic in October, and now several months later I’m starting to see some very nice results. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and they made me feel very welcome during my stay. Everything was well organized and the level of service was excellent. I’m really happy with my decision and would definitely recommend Ariana Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I had my hair transplant in January, and I had a really good experience from start to finish. The team arranged everything perfectly, from picking me up at the airport to my stay during the surgery and the aftercare. Everything was well organized and professional right through to the drop-off at the airport.

I truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable the entire process was. Now I’m looking forward to seeing my hair growth results in the coming months.

Fantastic place and good customer care from the team. Its been nearly 3 weeks since surgery but got to say, so far everything is going fantastic. Hardly no swelling at all, tiny bit of pain but its normal. It was a great experince, before ariana i went to elithair, who really did mess me up and left me with permanent scars. They treated me aweful. But ariana treated me how a professional company should. From the travelling to the customer care to the surgery. Nothing went wrong, i just wished i met them sooner. Maybe i wouldve not wasted money and got results right away. Recommend them 100%. Do your research before picking a company. If i did that first, then ariana wouldve been at top.

I had my FUE hair transplant surgery done in December 2025. currently I am going through he shock-loss and waiting for the growth part to start. However, regarding the surgery operation and the staff and how was my time there, I should say that I had an amazing time with them, they were extremely helpful and taking me through each step very kindly and whenever other people saw me after the surgery, they told me that they have a done a good job and I will start enjoy my new hair volume and density starting in couple of months. I very much recommend them for anyone considering having a hair transplantation.

poor experience. it has been few months since my transplant with Ariana health Centre. my donor area had not healed yet.
1. Unprofessional Doctor, rude and uninformative.

I've been in Istanbul 11 months ago to get my hair done and now I can see the final results which is brilliant. clean and very modern hospital, friendly staff, professional team and very helpful.
my hair texture is curly which needs a unique technique and experienced staff which gets done beautifully at Ariana health clinic.

Stay far far away. They botched 2 procedures stringed me along for months then ghosted me. Lied about grafts They are the worst company I've ever dealt with they even denied me access to managers after I tried to escalate it. All they care about is getting your money I asked for a refund they said we will fix our mistakes but you have to pay thousands of dollars.
In plane tickets, travel
And accommodation, that is totally unacceptable.
I should not have to pay out-of-pocket to fix their clinic's mistakes. Horrible experience through-and-through.

The clinic has publicly responded, asking me to move to private channels. After a year of private delays, broken promises, i tried again and was ghosted on the ig support page not surprised

Their warranty guarantees a refund or correction. I have chosen a refund as trust is destroyed. They have refused to honor this. As of yet

Their public offer is not a solution-it is a tactic to avoid public accountability. Until they publicly commit to honoring their warranty with a refund, this warning stands.

[oct 8]: The clinic's final offer refused the refund guaranteed in their warranty, offering only a risky correction and blaming my negative reviews for their decision. This confirms a retaliatory breach of contract. Formal complaints have been filed with the Turkish Ministry of Health and Consumer Protection Authority.

FINAL PROOF OF FRAUD Nov 25 : After

their "board" supposedly agreed to fix everything, I contacted them to schedule my procedures for January. Their response? They immediately BLOCKED me on all channels. This proves their "offer" was never genuine and their "board meeting" was fictional. This clinic operates on deliberate deception. Official fraud complaints have been filed with Turkish authorities.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. All of the staff were very professional throughout, especially post operation. I enjoyed communicating with the nurses and translators who were very informative. Now, we still keep in touch to discuss the post operation care. It was a fantastic experience and I am satisfied with the results as far.

I contacted the Novin Ariana Clinic via WhatsApp about 6 weeks ago regarding hair transplants. Immediately, I detected a higher quality in the response, the information provided and the culture of service as compare to other clinics I contacted in Istanbul. The information flowed smoothly, consistent, clear, precise and more importantly with the confidence. Leaving my country almost 10,000 kilometers away required to be absolutely confident in the quality of the information and also the quality of the hospital. It took me only a few chats with Arshia to make the decision. I had hair transplants into two sessions in 06MAY2025 and 07MAY2025. The professionalism and kindness of all the personnel is outstanding. I feel that all the staff truly care about my well being and committed to the success of the hair transplant. There is a 24/7 support line after the hair transplant is finished which also happens to be excellent and extremely useful. They take care of everything, even the transportation to the hotel which by the way, it was also a great place to stay. When it comes to hair transplantation, the most critical aspects are effective pain management, proper anesthesia dosing to reduce swelling and side effects, and precise graft placement to ensure correct angle, depth, and a natural-looking hairline. Who can truly provide this? A doctor, nurse, or hair technician?

As a medical doctor myself, I can tell you that this level of skill isn't part of standard medical training—it requires specialized education and hands-on experience. While a doctor’s presence is essential for managing rare complications like bleeding, low blood pressure, infections, or allergic reactions, the actual outcome of the transplant depends on the technician who performs the procedure. That’s the person whose expertise truly matters.

As for logistics: If you're expecting a five-star hotel, you might be underwhelmed—standards in Turkey can differ from what some international travelers expect. However, everything was clean and well-organized. Transport from the airport to the hotel (and daily between the hotel and clinic) was smooth and comfortable. The clinic uses its own van, and you typically share the ride with other patients in various stages of treatment. On the first two days, they also provided lunch boxes at the clinic, which was a thoughtful touch.

The final results will take time, but even now I’m thrilled to see a natural hairline coming back. I look forward to seeing the full transformation in the months ahead.
