After a good couple of months spent researching, reading reviews and comparing clinics both in Turkey and in other countries, I eventually decided to go with Ariana Clinic for my hair transplant. I can genuinely say that the experience has been excellent from beginning to end.

One of my main concerns before the procedure was that I did not have a particularly strong donor area. That issue had been weighing on my mind, and I was not entirely sure if any clinic would be able to do much in my case. However, what the team at Ariana Clinic managed to achieve was truly remarkable. It was beyond anything I had expected. The results I saw immediately after the procedure were, quite frankly, magical. I honestly doubt that many other clinics would have been able to do what they did for me.

From the first moment I contacted them, the team were attentive, professional and incredibly supportive. They made sure that everything was going according to plan, that I was kept informed at every stage, and that I felt fully comfortable with the process. Their kindness, patience and organisation stood out and really helped put my mind at ease.

Their level of care and attention to detail genuinely surpassed all expectations. As someone in his forties, it was very reassuring to receive that level of support, and of course, seeing the completed transplant was very encouraging. It was clear to me that the entire team took great pride in their work and in the results they deliver. I felt completely looked after throughout the whole experience.

Although it is still early days, and I look forward to seeing how the results continue to develop over the coming months, I can say without hesitation that I have no regrets. So far, everything has gone better than I could have hoped for.

If you are thinking about having a hair transplant and want a clinic that delivers quality, care and results, I would absolutely recommend Ariana Clinic. They have earned my full trust, and I would confidently point anyone in their direction.

One last point to mention that you might be asked to opt in and purchase additional medication for up to a year; this was not clear at the start, but there was no pressure whatsoever to make the purchase. Thank you again.

I received a hair transplant at Novin Ariana Clinic in April 2025. While I cannot review the outcome of the transplant, yet. I was very pleased with the experience and I absolutely recommend the clinic.

The staff at Novin Ariana were warm, friendly, professional, and welcoming through all stages of care. The initial communication was through WhatsApp messenger. Arshia, my consultant was knowledgeable, very friendly, and had prompt communication throughout. I scheduled my transplant approximately 8 months prior and he maintained communication throughout and ensured all my questions were answered.

Communication before, during travel, and upon arrival was also great. I was picked up promptly by a shuttle service and taken directly to BHT Hospital in Istanbul where I was met by Maria, who was welcoming and escorted me through the consultation process. The consultation was through and they explained the procedure and aftercare as well as answered my questions and concerns.

I also booked dental care through Novin Ariana clinic, so following the hair transplant they drove to one of their contracted dental clinics, Estherian Dental Clinic, where I had my consultation for my dental work. The dental team was equally as impressive as the hair team. Because dental would take some days to complete, they got started right away!

The following day was transplant day and the surgery was easy overall. The only discomfort you feel is the initial local anesthetic, but afterwards, its smooth sailing. They make sure you're comfortable through the day, provide lunch, and give you ample breaks through the process.

Day 3 was post-surgery care - they provide you with after care instructions, a free after care kit and an optional kit you may purchase (it's worth it - I purchased it). They also wash and treat your surgery site with PRP injections.

The rest of my trip was focused on completing my teeth operations. It took three whole days to complete but I honestly couldn't be happier with the dental team and the results. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and they made sure I was heading home happy and complete without any need for follow up care.

Novin Ariana exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I chose them for my hair transplant and dental work - They truly treat you like family along the way and I most definitely recommend them; you won't regret it!

The service from Ariana was very good, they really go out of their way to make sure the whole process is stress free and make you comfortable. I would definitely recommend them if you are considering hair transplant.
** word of caution before you decide to have a hair transplant, make sure you do a full blood test before hand to make sure the source of your hair loss is not immune related. If it is then you will need to fix the issue before having the transplant or the new hair quality will be just as thin as the previous. I had an undetected thyroid issue which was causing my hair loss. The last thing my immune system needed was a procedure that would cause it more stress. This resulted in a very unpleasant recovery. Blood work should be compulsory before any hair transplant or surgery to detect any immune defects. Don’t leave it to the clinic, they are not doctors, it is your responsibility.

The Truth About Novin Ariana (Ariana Health Clinic)

I recently visited Novin Ariana for a hair transplant, and I want to share my honest experience, both the good and the bad.

Faisal, the medical consultant, was very helpful in answering all my questions and sent me videos of past patients' results. However, the clinic operates out of BHT Hospital, and it seems more like an agency renting space rather than a standalone clinic.

The "VIP" transportation was just a basic sprinter van—not as fancy as other clinics I’ve seen. The G-Rotana West Side hotel was modern but in a location surrounded by highways, so it was difficult to walk around without taking a taxi. On the day of my consultation, the taxi was late, and when I arrived at the hospital, I had no directions. Eventually, someone came to pick me up from the lobby, and the consultation was underwhelming—no introductions, and the doctor didn’t seem to know what I was there for. It became clear that Novin Ariana is more of a middleman, not a fully independent clinic.

When I told them I didn’t want my photos on Instagram, it felt like they lost interest in me. After the payment, Faisal became much quieter and didn’t reach out as much. I expected him to be more involved during the consultation and procedure, checking in on me, but I never met him in person.

On the day of my surgery, I faced another issue with the taxi, where the driver demanded payment despite the clinic covering it. The surgery itself went well, and the technicians were professional. The nurses were very nice, and I felt well cared for during the procedure, which was a positive part of my experience. However, I never saw a doctor during the procedure, which was disappointing.

In the end, the surgery itself went smoothly, and I’m hoping for good results. However, if you’re looking for a dedicated clinic or a doctor who will be with you throughout the process, this might not be the place for you. The clinic's focus seems to be more on social media than providing a full, personal experience. I'm giving them a 3-star review because it wasn't what I expected.

Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had for a hair transplant. This is my second hair transplant that took place on January 6th of 2025. My first transplant took place on January 5th of 2024 so literally 1 year apart and the first clinic I went to was horrible. Coming to Novin Ariana was night and day compared to the first place I went to in 2024 (ISTANBUL CARE, please stay away). I definitely need to give a big shout out to Nina who put this all together and made it possible not just for me but for my cousin who also had his transplant the same day as me by Ariana Clinic. From the moment I arrived to the hospital I was welcome by a nice professional well informed lady, who took me to the specific floor for my procedure! It was absolutely a pleasure meeting the team, my Dr who performed the hair transplant was very nice, kind and professional! They arranged everything from airport transfer, hotel stay, transfer to the clinic back and forth for the consultation session, surgery days and washing.
