Where to begin.. don't believe what you see. Very poor quality items and service; no response to emails, no way to return rubbish items! Don't waste your time or money!!

Awful! Only half of my order arrived.. and it took nearly 2 months.. I’ve written to them to query my order and get a refund.. I finally received a reply saying my “order is on the way and that updates would follow”... I’m still waiting!

I’m not actually sure what to do next?!

Iv tried email but they don't respond.
Iv just read the terrible reviews.

My actual score is nil stars. Ordered 2 dresses, a small and a medium which were not true to their size guide so contacted them for a return address immediately. No response. After several emails I was told could only return after 5 days of placing the order, how I am supposed to do that if I didn’t receive the goods for 3 and a half weeks??? How people think they can just keep our hard earned money, do they not have a conscience? I have, like others emailed many, many times and am ignored. A disgusting, diabolical company. The couple of people on here that have left good reviews have been extremely lucky with their experience, I wouldn’t recommend you take the risk!!

I am trying to return an item as per their refund policy but am getting no response via the email that I have had replies when chasing my order. Would not use again and am sure I am going to have to contact my credit card company in the end.

Like all other reviews TOTAL SCAM business. Dress is cheap and nasty. Badly made. Illegal refund policy says orders have to be cancelled in 5 days from order which is ridiculous as customers havent seen the goods which takes weeks to arrive. I got one reply saying they would refund 50% and I could keep the dress - which I declined and been ghosted ever since.

Do not buy anything from this Company and chase for a full refund.

They took my money but I have no dress, sent about 6 or 7 emails no reply this is a JOKE company, do not trust them they are SCAMERS. I tried cancelling my order as I found it half price elsewhere but got no reply COWBOYS
Edit: Received dress 14th March, Immediately requested a return, have not got a reply from my email, looks like im stuck with a dress i do not want !

I received my dress a little slower than expected but I love it. It's not the best fabric but what do you expect for £39:99!
It fits beautifully and doesn't crease. Very comfortable and has been admired

After waiting the best part of 7 weeks for the dress to arrive, it is nothing like the dress that you see online, size, quality and shape, poor quality. I requested a return the same day as the item arrived and have had no response, emailed the company at least 6 times, still no response. A total waste of my hard earned money, avoid this company at all costs, incompetent , untrustworthy company with no integrity at all

Awful ! Poor quality , it took 2months from order to arrive. Requested a return , following the loose terms given on the website …. No response , emailed numerous times same result…silence .
£40 wasted but NEVER will I recommend or buy again .

What a scam!

Do not buy. Lost £160. One item never arrived, two items didn’t fit plus really cheap material. No resemblance to advert. When I tried to initiate return & refund I never received a reply. Please save your money!

Took 7 weeks for dress to arrive and only then after I sent a gazillion emails which never responded to my queries. Dreadful quality, thin material, poorly made and not worth the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

How do we get justice from this crap thieving company ????/. Is there no avenue to get back at them for what they do????
My order was sent to me but not delivered then it was returned to them .iv got the shipping log. And NO ANSWER from them to my emails…. They need to be exposed …

Like all other reviews this is a scam. No replies to emails and waited 4 weeks for delivery even though order confirmation stated express delivery! The dresses are nothing like the description very badly made material thin and tacky cheap looking. Thank goodness I didn’t pay full price of £79.99 although in the refund policy it states sale items can’t be refunded! Do not buy anything from this Company.

All I can say is ‘Buyer Beware’!!! I’ve never received goods and there is absolutely no customer support. I’ve sent countless emails to this company and have only received computer generated answers.

Please please be 100% sure that you definitely want what you are going to order … according to Aria Paris eu terms and conditions.. you need to email them within 30 days of receiving your goods with details of the item you want to return and claim your full refund … I have been emailing this company for two weeks to every email address I can find and have had no response .. not even an automated message… I have wasted my money and have a dress I can’t wear … be careful!!!!

Really poor! My item arrived very creased may have been the carrier’s fault but i contacted them for a /return/refund complying with their returns policy & have been completely ignored I wouldn’t have purchased in the first place had they not had a returns/refund policy but it appears they don’t!!

If you could give 0 stars I would I ordered a dress and jumper they are not worth the money I paid but decided I could live with the jumper but the dress is horrible. I have requested a refund via their email twice and haven’t heard a thing back. Do not buy from this company. There are a lot more nicer websites for clothing than this one.

Purchased the dress that is advertised on Instagram. It is absolutely nothing as advertised. Incredibly poor quality fabric and stitching and I’ve requested details for a refund without success.

More than a month later and still no response or refund received.
