Part said compatibility to my ref but it was not compatible and I could not return it
I was charged £14 with delivery charge
It was not worth it to return it as the part cost £4.75
And for me to send it back I had to pay £7 delivery charge

My experience was just wonderful as I ordered the wrong part number part by email given to me by Ariston UK head office so when I noticed the difference to the old part i took out of the boiler i hand delivered it back Ariston Spares uk who was just great they now that Ariston boiler uk grave me the incorrect part number and sorted out and had the correct one in stock and a exchange took place, if anyone need a part for a boiler and good service I really recommend Ariston Spares UK,
