I would have given 5 stars if they replaced a brand new faulty undersink heater thermostat FOC.
They wanted me to take whole thing back and get a new one from Screwfix which entailed a 25 mile journey
and fitting time of around 3/4 hours taking it out and replacing it!

Good customer service and quick delivery of part.

Ordered a new time clock for boiler after Ariston confirmed it was correct part for my boiler. Part arrived quickly after order placed.
Pleased with service and part.

We received excellent advice when our Ariston water heater broke down, with staff ensuring we got the right part. Part wasn’t immediately in stock but arrived within the estimated time period and we have hot water in the kitchen again !! Thank you

customer service a waist of time they just did not want to know from being charged next day delivery that did not come till 2 days later when the part was wrong did not want to find out what was wrong

First is difficult to find exactly the right item I need,had the model of the boiler but still.I did bought the items,one of them was open the package but anyway still works, unfortunately had to go back as the washer was not good quality and been leaking,had to remove it to stop the leak.other then that all good

we still have not got the part that we were charged for next day delivery,i would have just shopped locally

I needed a replacement element for my Ariston water heater, which arrived quickly, I fitted it and it worked but unfortunately the thermostat probe wouldn’t fit in the tube on the new element, I had no response to a request if a replacement thermostat was available, so now I have to be careful how I use the water heater in case it would blow up!

Very quick and easy to use the ordering system

The delivery was longer ie 2 days more than advised, maybe your delivery company and I would have expected a new insulation seal to be included. I had to take the insulation from the old element but if you had not been as observant then you could have fitted it as supplied which was dangerous.

Called the technical helpline in between Christmas and New year, sounded like they were working from home (line was muffled) but I got the correct serial number for the part I needed. Went on line found and ordered the part, paid the extra for next day delivery. 20 hours later, on new years eve UPS delivered the parcel. Great service.

I paid for next day deliver I all ready waited 4 days and I still didn't get item.

Ordered on Friday at 1 pm paid for next day delivery and I'm still waiting on delivery. So no central heating or hot water for 4-5 days. Terrible service all round

the driver did not turn up to my house to deliver. He lied that he did . had to wait hours before i could collect it from tye shop
