Ariston electric water heaters were installed for my rented flats in January 2025. One of them was faulty and I had to call out engineers to repair. In the end the heater was replaced. My experience dealing with the customer contact was exceptional. The engineer visits and the replacement did not cost me any. All my hot water heaters have been working perfectly.

Had to book a warranty repair today after my annual service revealed a leaking heat exchanger. The customer service operator, Pinar, was clear, thorough, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. It's rare to find this kind of superb customer service, she is a real credit to the company.

Very restrictive and complicated to warranty registration, failed to register by call, lady forwarded link but also complicated even require to upload invoice/ receipt of products but said file oversized should not bigger than 2mp. Website like a website of a country of Sahara.very poor website, poor service from their office.
In Uk, possible not installed.0.5% of Aristotle products because of poor services and managements.
I tried first time as an installer, I never installed in my 25 years installer lifetime.
Crazy peoples involved and working for Ariston. They came down from different planets. Avoid install Ariston products completely.

Ariston Genus boiler newly installed in 2022 but broke down recently with a 501 error code. Ariston are refusing to honour the warranty because I haven't serviced the boiler every 12 months since installation. I explained the boiler has been serviced once since 2022 (at an additional cost) but they refused to honour the warranty because it hasn't been serviced every year. It's very clear what their game is, because if a customer services a boiler at their own expense every year, its very unlikely the customer would ever contact Ariston or rely on the warranty, therefore they avoid actually doing any repairs under a customers warranty. Prices for services will vary but my last service cost me £350.90. I am incredibly disappointed in Ariston and the customer service agent I spoke to. I was told to 'read the T&C's' and 'make a complaint if I disagreed with their position'. I had a Worcestor boiler prior to this which lasted for 25+ years with no issues. I would strongly urge anyone to avoid Ariston boilers.

Our boiler stopped working and Ariston organised for a boiler engineer to come the very next day. The engineer fixed the problem straight away. I was really impressed by the swift and friendly customer service, the polite and capable engineer, and how Ariston honoured the terms of their warranty with no quibbles. Excellent job!

4 boilers 2 with popping problems,it took over 4 months to rectify, customer service terrible i would never have a ariston boiler again.
Saga continues! PCB board was replaced in new boiler and blew immediately, now waiting again on replacement board … the saga goes on and on !!
I bought this boiler in good faith, it is not fit for purpose and continues to breakdown continually. This is a new boiler, I have no faith in this boiler.
Can you please remove your faulty boiler ? Extremely annoyed consumer.
There has been no communication from you. What happens when with boiler goes out of its year warranty?? Will have to pay for every visit ???
So frustrated by Aristons poor service
Please don't buy any products of Ariston UK , even if it free , as that will even cost you to Labour installation cost . Products the always is always faulty and their after sales customer services is really really bad .
Ariston and off and on and off and off and off
Ariston and off and on and off and off and off.
Ariston and off and off and on and off.
Ariston and off and on and off and off.
Ariston and off and on and off and off.
Be warned. Buy at your peril. Service call out isn't what it used to be.
Still no response or up date?
I have never had to resort to Trust Pilot to hopefully get a response from a Customer Service department.
When will our boiler be fixed?

Appalling customer service.
Hot Water heater (Europrisma ) has failed after less than 12 months. I phoned customer service who issued an email for me to respond to with photos and proof of purchase and installation. I received an email response that I have to register this online. I did. I received an email stating that this was rejected with no explanation. I phoned again and was advised that the photo (you can only upload one) was inadequate and that I should have put all the photos onto a pdf. Why didn't I receive an email requesting this information (which I had actually emailed the day before). Eventually the customer service agent agreed to send it to technical who rejected it again as I had not said that my heating engineer had reset the heater even though I advised that he had visited and checked it. In addition they also commented that the expansion vessel was fitted horizontally not vertically. I responded by email and phone that he had tried to reset the heater and also that the expansion vessel was fitted horizontally according to the manufacturer's instructions with an accompanying screen shot forwarded from my heating engineer from the manufacturer's website. I was advised that my case has been closed and that I need to reregister on the website. Now the website is not recognising the product registration.(Oops we coudn't identify your product. Please contact customer service.) I phoned again-please send an email telling us about this problem. I did. Then you need to send a screenshot as proof.
Just never ending.
The website also needs to be updated to state-Do not phone us for customer service as we can't do anything and have a link to register the problem on which will disappear into the ether of zero responsibility.
Currently sitting at 22 emails and 15 days...
Update 26th March-The fiasco continues
I have today received an email stating that 2 attempts have been made to deliver the replacement hot water heater to the Scout Hut where it was originally installed. This is despite several phone calls and emails from myself to state that the replacement heater needs to be delivered to my home address as the Scout Hut is not inhabited. I phoned today to be advised that the customer service advisor is unable to do anything and that I should email again. (He couldn't find on my emails my request for the address to be changed until I told him the dates of the emails) I have sent at least 4 emails requesting that the hot water heater be delivered to my home address....The Scouts still have no hot water...
Finally the replacement hot water heater arrived 23 days of repeated correspondence!

Aristons emergency call out service for a heat pump under warranty is shocking.
We have a pump that keeps coming up with errors. We have had to restart the pump countless times. We have had to wait weeks for them to come and replace the necessary parts. And now the pump has stopped working all together. No hot water no heating for a family of 6 with a 9 year old and a 70 year old. And aristons response is that we have to wait 2 days for anyone to come out to fix it. Great job ariston.

Bought a new water heater, been leaking water since the start. They sent a technician but tipically in Portugal they are to lazy to do anything, told us it was normal.
Very dissatisfied!!!! Would NOT recommend!!!
Hope they solve this issue fast

Terrible customer service and lack of goodwill DON'T BUY ARISTON! Our Ariston boiler is just under 14 months old and is faulty but because we didn't register for the additional warranty in time Ariston are refusing to repair it or even supply any required parts as a goodwill gesture.
