I did a random credit check to find i had a county court judgement for a parking fine from years ago. I rang a few different places but decided to take my luck with Arks solictors based on his good reviews. im so glad i chose them. From the min i contacted them i was told everything very clearly and he predicted everything right. I had doubts that id even be able to get the CCJ removed. Arks got the paperwork sent to the claimaint in one day and they came back and agreed to set the judgement aside. Today i got a letter from the court’s granting to set the order aside. I gave him a call today again to translate what this court letter means and although all fees were paid and dusted, he still helped in answering all my questions like how to pay the remaining parking fine. It was such a easy process , once you pay them, just consider the job done. Thank you again!

Theses companies is the best no messing around found a loop hole in the system to get my ccj removed over a parking ticket we’ll worh the £240 the asked too 4 month but worth it on the phone every week giving me updates give them a message if you have a ccj top company thanks andy

I moved house during which letters were lost, causing me severe legal issues.
They took the time to explain to me what I had to do to prevent further financial litigation. Not only friendly, informative but also so reassuring. I had found that I had a ccj on my credit file. ¡ was told that this was be costly to remove as i had been over nearly three years.

I searched the net and after speaking with numerous litigation firms, standard fees with attached fees for additional work, I nearly gave up hope as I was quoted ridiculous high prices.
