I am a professional and had a hefty divorce and the CCJ was done against me when I was not residing in the house. I applied for the mortgage and got rejected straight away.ARK CMCS got involved and the court removed the CCJ. I hope now I will get a mortgage . Excellent. Fast. Effective. CCJ is being set aside as we speak. Reza from ARK CMCS, communicated everything clearly and corresponded with the claimant's solicitors negotiating the removal of CCJ. This step took about a week which was good. If i need to, I will definitely choose them again.

Ark have been fantastic
Ark have been fantastic, I realised I had a ccj through a credit search. I was overwhelmed by the thought of having to fill out the forms and liase with the relevant people. They have been great and done all the paperwork and chasing, keeping me up to date promptly every step of the way. Even drafted an email to send to the court for me. Thankyou so much!

I was initially a bit anxious about finding someone to help with the matter and had spoken to multiple companies. After one conversation with Reza I felt completely at ease. Such amazing services
I'd like to thank everyone who worked on my case as it was a quite sensitive and it needed to be resolved as soon as possible. After providing the evidence, it took them 2-3 days to obtain a confirmation about the removal of the CCJ. The first call I had with Nawaz was extremely informative. He was extremely patient and mindful of my situation, and very professional. They sent me all the steps that I need to take very detailed and prompt. I recommend them and once again thank you

Great service from the team at ARK. Everything explained really well, clear and concise information and my exceptions were set early on, I appreciated the honesty there.
Although I wouldn’t say the service is cheap, I don’t think it is poor value at all, compared to what a solicitor might charge. And in the long run could save me thousands.

Great service, setting aside a CCJ I didn't know I had! I highly recommend ARK CMCS.
I can't recommend ARK CMCS enough for how they've helped me - incredible service in what I thought was a dead end situation. When a CCJ showed up on my credit report attached to a previous address, and I had no idea where it had come from, I thought it was game over. Reza was fantastic and talked me through each step to resolution in a free, no obligation phone consultation. Within 24 hours of the initial call, they had received a signed Consent Order from the claimant to remove the CCJ entirely, and even managed to get a 70% reduction to the fine I owed.
I now have to wait for the courts to respond, but fingers crossed in 6-10 weeks the judgement should be set aside! I thought this was a dead end but thanks to ARK CMCS I should be back on track with my credit score. Thank you so much!

Extremely grateful! Fantastic service
Extremely grateful to Ark who managed to remove a wrongly issued CCJ against me which I didn't think was possible before speaking to them.
After 10 months of going backwards and forwards with the courts and ParkingEye to no avail, I messaged Ark via their website, they soon contacted me and had the CCJ set aside within 1 month.
I honestly which I had contacted them sooner and saved a lot of time and hassle of trying to deal with it alone.
The entire process was made extremely easy with clear instructions on what to do.
I couldn't have asked for a better service!

Wonderful Service

ARK CMCS provided a 1st class service
ARK CMCS provided a 1st class service, from the initial phone call dealt with, Reza took his time and was really helpful and thorough explaining the whole process. Had a parking ticket issue where, UKPC had a, CCJ registered against me which I only realised from a routine check of my credit file! ARK CMS reviewed my case and provided a rapid turnaround obtaining a signed, Tomlin Order from the claimant within 24H! Have just send email which they kindly drafted along with the signed Tomlin Order and evidence to, CCBC. All being well should be CCJ free 4-8 weeks. Spectacular!

My partner had a CCJ on his file
My partner had a CCJ on his file, this was incorrectly issued and ARK was amazing and supporting him to remove this. We are in the process of applying for a mortgage and the CCJ was hindering the process, the customer care team at ARK were great, always on hand to support with questions and very punctual throughout the process.
