Fantastic Service
I had 2 historic CCJs which were sent to my old address. ARK have been absolutely brilliant in helping me to have these removed. What can I say, this team is absolutely fantastic!! Not only did they draft a great witness statement, they were so supportive with every stage after that. Reza made himself available to answer any questions I had well after the court date had been set and gave me all the advice I needed in relation to the case.

So contacted ARK, because I was given a CCJ that I was not made aware of after paying the fee they had a letter out to the company, on the same day, demanding that it has to be set aside, after a back and forth with the company they gave in and agreed to set this aside it has now been removed from my credit file and I’m on my way to buying my first house, can’t be more happy with the team at ARK.

Incredible company, incredible dedication and incredible domain knowledge
Hi there,
I would just like to say, i'm not usually one to write reviews but ARK are just a fantastic company. I rang the company and spoke to Raza, he guided me through the whole process and told me all about my case... what things may hinder my case and just anything in general about my current position (This all came before any payment was made or even a conversation about money which to me shows they really care about their customers outcomes)
So in essence, I work in a prestigious financial services firm and I was incorrectly given a CCJ. As we're heavily regulated this would have meant that my employment could be terminated. Thanks to this wonderful company and Raza, this CCJ is now being removed - I can't begin to tell you the levels of elation I have from this. Also the increase on my credit score ( I have no other black marks ).
I would reccomend to anyone to use this great company! :)
