Excellent Service. My CCJ removed today
Today I had my CCJ removed from my credit file thanks to ARK, I dealt with Reza throughout the whole process and he was great, talked me through each step, advised me on options and always answered my calls/emails. ARK did all the paperwork & legal side and all I had to do was send the email/legal letter to the courts. Be prepared for it to take up to 6 months for your CCJ to be removed and this is due to the backlogs at the courts however I would definitely recommend going through the process and couldn’t recommend ARK enough.

Super! Reza provided great advice that allowed me to quickly address a CCJ that had been wrongly applied to our business (and was actually meant for a firm at the other end of the country with a vaguely similar name.) Can’t even begin to put into words how amazing this company is!
Nawaz, has been absolutely brilliant!
from the very first call with him till the very end he was outstanding.
Nawaz explained every step of the way/timescale for CCJ removal. My husband had 3 CCJs against him dated back to 2019, 2020 and 2021 all of which has been set aside.
Throughout the entire process Nawaz has communicated so well, always kept us updated, continuously emailing the other party, chasing replies, calling to get a response (some companies ain’t so competent or prompt unfortunately- can’t even manage the basics of reading emails correctly). Im so glad I came across ARK. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for us.
If you have any doubts of who to go with between ARK or another company believe me go with these guys! My husbands case wasn’t so straight forward and Nawaz managed to get them set aside so anything is possible
We need more companies/ people like ARK/ Nawaz out there.
