Cancelled order
Arks4Cooling cancelled my order. I was not happy at all and I did send them a email explaining my frustrations. They quickly replied and clearly explained the reasons and most importantly apologised. Not many companies would do this and take the time to try and put a bad experience right. Customer service is clearly at the top of there list, I would certainly use them again. 👍👍

I'm sorry to hear this, unfortunately stock levels are only updated once a day on this website, and this item was out of stock at our supplier by the time the order was passed to them for processing. As we would not have been able to fulfil the order in a timely manner, we decided to refund you in full, which we felt was the right and fair thing to do. I understand your reasons for leaving a negative review but I do hope you will give us a chance again in the future.

Very competative price for a Nissens replacement intercooler for an '09 Volvo XC90 D5..... £100 cheaper than my local branch of MPD who quoted £235. Delivered overnight by FedEx by a chap who knocked on my front door and handed it over... an great improvement over 'evry' who throw stuff over my neighbour's fence into his muddy yard. First class.
