Extremely poor experience with this company. Initial dealings with sales team and initial person who came to template seemed very promising.  Unfortunately when it came to fitting the product it was a disaster.  Suspect the installation people are outsourced and not up to scratch.  First attempt to install resulted in the fitters physically breaking the Corian on site as they attempted to fit without realising the necessary cut from the sink hadn't been completed. 2nd attempt and the fitters firstly broke the base sink unit on site and caused damage to the sink unit door, proceeded to install 2 pieces of corian on our island (as was necessary given supporting pier) however the join was horrific with 2nd piece completely out of alignment and the 2 colours of the 2 pieces of corian did not match! (Have supporting photos of all this but not sure if possible to upload onto trust pilot) Despite this happening Arlington assured us they would fix it and put it right... on 3rd attempt however the fitters arrived without any new Corian, walked in and said "oh we can't fix this it needs a new piece!" Then on removing the Corian to replace it they caused damage to another cupboard  door! (Howden's unit doors are not cheap to replace!!) This whole saga took over 3 weeks between paying in full and 3 attempts to fix. By this point lost faith in Arlington and asked for a refund.
After assurances twice from company director James we have still not been refunded what we are due and are having to take this matter to court to resolve.
So in summary...avoid!!!

From the planning stage of our kitchen refurbishment through to completion, Arlington became a company to work with and rely on.
From the initial online quote through to the team fitting the Corian worktop, everything has flowed perfectly.
With excellent communications, stated times adhered to and expert fitters, we felt very safe with Arlington.
The fitters worked conscientiously and to a high standard, leaving the job perfectly done and clean.

I emailed a design and got a quote which was half our local kitchen design shop price.The quote included everything unlike one of their competitors who did not include profiled upstands but put a very small print "extras" of over £300 to have profiles
The profile team came on a Tuesday and went trough everything that we wanted and changed the sink quoted completely-at no extra cost.Took their time and talked through it all
Got a call 2 days later to say it was ready and they had a slot available next day.
The fitters arrived and put the worktop in in a couple of hours.No problems as it all fitted and they were even better than the template team (they told me to say that)
This was a very big expenditure for us but we are absolutely delighted with Corian and Arlington

I've been really impressed with the level of service throughout the process from choosing samples through to templating and fitting. You've got great staff who are very customer focused. Something I've not seen enough of from the building and associated industries. Well done.

I requested three Corian samples and they arrived within a couple of days. All three are beautiful and it will be difficult to decide. I would definitely consider buying my worktops from Arlington Worksurfaces as the customer service was so responsive and Beth was really polite and not at all pushy like some companies.

Arlington supplied and fitted new Corian kitchen worktops for us last month, WOW is all i can say! From the initial phone call to Laura on the customer service line to the final install the following week it went so smoothly. The only hiccup was the hole for the sink was not large enough even though i had provided a template when the kitchen fitters came to template the kitchen. This was no problem however as a quick phone call to Arlington and the fitters were back in 30mins and amended the worktop with no problem at all. Would highly recommend this company to any wishing to purchase a high end work top.

Excellent service. Really pleased with the whole process, and the final quality of the worktop and fitting is amazing. The fitters were particularly good and overcame some problems we had with the space with ease. At the end of the day the main thing it looks great!

Delighted with our Corian worktops with inbuilt 1.5 bowl sink, drainer grooves and coved upstands. Corian worktops are an expensive purchase so naturally one checks a companies reviews which were a bit mixed and gave me some reservations, however, Arlington were substantially cheaper than our local firms and ours was a simple job so we went with them.
I'd been in touch with Lloyd in sales for some time before placing the order and he provided me with a number of different quotes as we firmed up our requirements, always very quickly and though he kept in touch over maybe three months he was never pushy.
When we finally ordered it was only a few days before the guys arrived to make the templates. Very impressed by the professionalism of the two guys that made the template out of mdf who really knew what they were doing.
We were anticipating installation a week later but a problem with the supply of the sinks delayed it for a week and a slight black mark as I had to call in to find that out but it was refreshing to be told exactly what was occurring without getting a load of waffle, they were honest about the delay and reasons which I believe were beyond their control. Also, every time I contacted them they were back in touch very rapidly so though there was a slight issue here I can't really fault customer service.
Installation was performed by the same two guys that did the template, excellent job with no mess. We are really happy with our Corian worktops and with the installation experience.
Finally some comments about Corian worktops so not Arlington specific. If you can try and see a show kitchen with your chosen colour, the samples are small and depending on what you choose a complete worktop can look very different from a small sample, we went for Hazlenut which has a veined pattern so a sample can't possibly indicate the whole.. Joints are inconspicuous but can be seen if you look hard, if you have a pattern then they will be easier to find than surfaces that don't have a pattern as the (irregular) pattern won't match. We opted for coved upstands and again because of the pattern in our chosen surface you can see that the coving is a separate piece of Corian, that said I have to squint along the line of the coving to spot it. Arlington will explain all this. Our white Corian sinks are easier to keep clean than we expected, coffee and tea are the main problems but they come up white again with very little effort. We are delighted with our worktops, they give a really classy appearance and with no obvious joints and the coved upstands they really do look good.

Sales team were fab and very helpful! Laura especially, helped me find the right work surface for me. The production team kept me informed at every stage of fabrication. Eve was very helpful at giving me this information, overall I would definitely recommend this company!!

Fantastic worktops! Everything from the order process which Beth, Laura and Lloyd explained amazingly, Right down to the installation! Everything was quick efficient and I’m in love with my new worktops!! Eve made the scheduling process easy by making sure that we had enough time to plan and give me lots of help on choosing a right installation date that suited me!
