It has been a faultless experience to deal with your company. Everything is smoothly efficient and friendly. The fitters did a great job. The plumber is here now hooking up the new sinks and has commented on what an immaculate job they have done. We can’t see the join!

Requested a couple of Corian samples and they arrived super quick many thanks

Everything was fine with my Quartz worktop until a crack recently appeared. Then it was clear there is zero after sales service or care.

I contacted Arlington to raise the issue and after having to chase for a reply they finally responded with a very short email stating that I must have caused the crack myself and that they could sell me a new one! When I replied to confirm that I had not placed anything hot on the surface, that there was no reason for the worktop to have cracked, and that I expected the 10-year warranty to cover the issue, they just sent me back the text of their warranty stating that cracks aren't covered - no other explanation or any sign that they were in any way concerned about my experience.

Every email from Arlington states their motto is "Delivering Best Service Always". This couldn't be further from the truth, there is no after sales care or attention. I recommend avoiding.

I contacted Arlington worksurfaces to see some samples of their Corian work surfaces via their website. The process was simple and I selected the ones I wanted and they were posted out to me the next working day. I was also sent a curtesy email too. A very good service.

The team were spot on! After reading a few reviews, I was quite worried but they were really helpful - I couldn't decide on a colour so I popped into the Leeds showroom and sought advise and I'm really happy with the result, thanks again

Do not touch this business with a barge pole. The other company they
masquerade behind is also run on lies and deceit.
I have been in business for over 35 years and I have never dealt with a company that blatantly lies to its customers. You have members of staff pretending to be other people with false names that surprisingly never call you back. They are rude.... never expect an apology for their short comings
and I would doubt if you will ever get a problem with your worktop sorted out.
I have after nearly 3 months of waiting decided to sort the problem with my
Corian sink out myself, I will then start legal proceedings to recover the amount paid for the worktops under the sale of goods act, as the sink is not fit for purpose.

Really bad customer services installation and aftercare. They fitted the wrong worktop to our kitchen and too weeks and weeks to fix. Oh also stay away from their parent company as they're just as bad.

The design process was great. But a kitchen that should have taken 2 weeks to do (in a new build so should have been quiet straight forward) but due to poor communication, problem after problem and poor fitting meant our kitchen took 3 months. We've contacted the company who are "investigating" this but we haven't heard anything back. Please don't waste your money on this company.

In all honesty in the end Arlington bent over backwards to ensure we were highly satisfied with the Corian worktops and table they installed. The final quality and look deserves 5 stars but there were a few hiccups along the way which prevented that. However we are left with a fantastic installation, better than we actually expected, and we would highly recommend using Arlington Worksurfaces Direct. Just ensure they have made clear notes of your requirements and you are clear with your measurements. For example we asked for a table to measure 28 to 30 inches to the top but they originally supplied it 30 inches to the bottom and thus the top of the table was too high when sat at it. As mentioned though they went out of their way to put this right and even threw in a whole new Corian table leg which looks absolutely fantastic.
