When I contacted Arm Builds to assemble my Frank Olsen Elevate Television Unit, communications were excellent, with Abdul arranging a timely visit at a competitive price.

Usama arrived punctually at the appointed time. He was respectful and polite and had a cheerful disposition, with a profound desire to do his best for his customers.

Both my wife and I were most impressed by his dedicated attitude to the task and his efficiency in achieving his objective.

He was also quick to explain how we might deal with essential aspects of the TV unit.

He impressed us sufficiently to request whether he would accept an additional task, which involved removing the 55 inch television from its wall- mounted location and install it on a stand on top of the unit.

He agreed to do this, but had the good sense to phone a colleague to assist him in removing the television from the wall

Abdullah and Usama did an excellent job building a 3-door sliding wardrobe which was a daunting task to do by ourselves otherwise but they were very professional, on time, experienced and best at what they communicated they delivered. Can easily recommend to friends and family.
