Appears to be a scam. I ordered a shirt on June 8, 2020 (It is now June 30th). I waited until June 22nd to send an inquiry email regarding the location of my order and when I can expect to receive it and I was still given no response. I will update accordingly upon receipt of my order but at this time I'm not holding my breathe. Very disappointing.

Need to find somewhere I can report this company, countless emails sent, no items delivered, no dispatch note, I'm gonig to trading standards.

Ordered and paid for 3 masks. Waited almost 3 weeks and received ONE mask with an email saying that my order has been delivered. Have sent emails only to receive an auto reply that I should hear something in 10 business days. Am contacting the bank to dispute the charges.

This company does not answer emails or any other type of correspondence including the Facebook page. They take forever to send the stuff with no communication... the second shirt I got from them was peeling on some of the decal the day I got it; I’ve written to them numerous times and call them out on their page on Facebook with no reply

I have been trying to get i touch with someone regarding my order since May , I can not believe the lack of professionalism from this company and would never recommend buying from them.

I ordered on May 27th and they say that the item may take 8-10 days to ship since they’re manmade. It’s now June 24th and the only email I’ve ever received from them was the “payment received” email since the purchase.

Do NOT order from this company. It takes over 4 weeks to hear back about a tracking number or any kind of information. I sent 2 messages to their online contact page & I also messaged them directly on their Instagram page. I got one message back in a span of 29 days that said they are a small company. The site says it’s about 2 weeks for shipping. Do not waste your money or your time. It’s a scam.

Ordered a shirt back on May 17th. Now it June 20th still don’t have the shirt that was a gift. Contact the company twice. No reply from them. I should of just gave my money directly to the local animal shelter. At least I know shelter got my money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS SITE. I originally ordered an item from them through a store in LA in early May, it got sent to the store without the writing on the shirt as pictured. The store couldn’t get in touch with the company so I canceled the order through them and placed a new order with Arm the Animals directly for the same item. One month later and still hadn’t received the item, despite two emails sent to them inquiring about the delayed item. I finally reached out on Instagram and finally received a response which was “your item was refunded” even after i told them I don’t want a refund, I want the item. They said “the item is no longer available” GOOD TO KNOW NOW. I mean seriously what HORRIBLE customer service. Not to mention not even a slight apology. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even try ordering from them.

I ordered 6 t shirts in May. Never received them. Send an email, and never heard back. Sent another email. Have not heard back. No phone number to call?

Purchased about 150$ worth of items in may, never got an order number, emailed multiple times and got a generic email saying we will get back to your shortly never got back to me. I had to message them through Instagram to find out my order although charged never went through. Another month passes and I reach out via Instagram again and hear the order never went through again. Canceled the order and I’m sure it will be 14 months before I see my money again. I like the clothing and I love that they support animals but there are other organizations out there with competent humans who support animals. It really sucks they couldn’t put a few shirts and hoodies in a box within 2 months. Their excuse is they were “backed up”

My complaint is identical to every other complaint. Does not respond when contacted. It's been a month and nothing has been processed or sent.

This is so pathetic. This site is the worst and the fact that they think they can get away with not sending your product is even worse. All I ever received was a cheap little coin purse. Why are they still operating. Stupid good for nothings.

Bought a shirt 4 weeks ago and tried to contact customer service no response. DO NOT BUY from this brand ! I don't expect to receive my order .. what a scam!

Ordered 2 pairs of socks and 2 masks on May 4 and received the socks about 2 weeks later but no masks in the package. Sent the company 3 emails and never got a reply. The masks were $18.99 each, so I’ve lost $37.98. They keep sending me emails to buy more merchandise and even advertised the masks at 20% off what I paid. SCAM SCAM. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered a shirt, in March or April, and as of now have not received it. They did send me a shirt with the wrong size, color and graphics. I sent back the shirt per their instructions. On the packing label it had a different name. Have never heard back. I have sent numerous emails and now I am trying to find a phone number to call. If anyone knows it please post. Thank you. Bad company for a good reason but not by stealing. Just found the phone number, called it and it is all a recording of trying to get you to buy something, constantly. I did not press any buttons and finally it said, hang up. I think an attorney is now in order.

I have been charged for masks that I never received. 3 emails sent over a period of 3 weeks and not one response. Their products are nice when you get them but Awful service so you’re taking a risk

Simply unbelievable I ordered three items 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive email confirmation saying they've sent them I've emailed them twice and they have yet to respond to me on that note either this company is a scam as far as I can tell do not order from them

I have multiple products by this clothing line and always really liked them—until recently. TERRIBLE (read: non-existent) customer service, following a botched order of four masks—of which only 2 arrived, and 1 of the 2 was not what I ordered. During these crazy COVID times I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But after emailing 5 times over 6 weeks, with zero response, I gave up. They have my money for products I never received—bravo—but have permanently lost my loyalty and my business. Pity.
