I ordered a mask in April and it took one month to arrive. It was great quality. Ordered 3 masks in July and when the order arrived it was missing one mask and the quality is severely bad. The masks that did come aren't even the same size and very wonky. No suprise I haven't heard from customer service. I guess they just take money without providing goods. Would not recommend

Some of the masks Received are too small for an adult. No quality control.

Only half the order was received yet they communicated the order was completed as soon as one package was delivered. Still waiting for remainder or order.

No customer service. Have sent multiple requests for over a month. Avoid this business.

Ordered two masks and only one came. I notified customer service and got an automated email response. 6 days later no resolution. Then the marketing department sends out a generic "apology" to all customers with a special offer. Poorly run company with some cute products.

I will never again order from this company, very bad customer service, ordered 3 shirts 6/18, they took the money out of my account a day later, I emailed them twice, finally they sent an email saying it was sent 7/23, I still have not received my order. If the company is not capable of good customer service and prompt delivery they should shut their doors.I'm very disappointed I thought a long time before ordering the items and now I feel I was just taken advantage of, they got money and I have nothing.

My last order came after almost 2 months of placing it, no communication from my inquiries, and I was sent the wrong item. Took another month and a half to resolve with yet again no communication. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was because of the COVID crisis.
I placed my most recent order on June 13th (today is AUGUST 5th!!). The only thing I have received about my order was a confirmation that they received my payment. It says in that confirmation that my order will ship within 8 to 10 business days. My order never shipped. I have contacted them twice with no response with the exception of their obnoxious, emoji-filled, automated message. I'm very disappointed and will never order from this company again.

Order not fulfilled, no response, no communication, no customer service. Just auto generated reply emails full of emoji smiley faces. I regret buying from here.

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! This place is a total scam! I ordered several items, which never came. They took the money from my credit card. They now can not be reached. How do I get my money back? Order #338240

Ordered on July 1. Have received no communication or responses to my numerous requests for status updates. Do not buy from this company!

This company is extremely unresponsive and irresponsible. They continue to actively run ads and take orders, even as they refuse to respond to any inquiries on orders already placed. After failing to respond to my initial request for a shipping confirmation 10 days following my order, they now send out an automated email saying "Our current response time is around 20-25 business days".

That's absolutely absurd, and not acceptable. I will never buy anything from this company again, and highly recommend you don't either.

I ordered 2 masks. I knew there would be a longer turnaround but it took about 5 weeks to get my order. I emailed the company to make sure my order was going to be made and shipped and I never heard back from them. Only one of my masks fit. The other one smooshes my face and pulls so hard on my ears that it literally pops off my head.

Placed an order which included a my car talk sh** about you,but j got a my dog talk sh** instead.
No response for over 2 weeks apart from an automated email.

Don't recomend and and won't use again.

They only sent 3 out of 6 products ordered then give a runaround...

Ordered a medium and they send me a double XL. Then never responded to any of my emails. 2 and a half months of waiting for the wrong product. And then zero responses after that do not trust this "company".

I ordered two shirts for my husband before Father’s Day. I haven’t received them and haven’t heard anything from them. I have to go though PayPal hoping they refund my money back.

Scam. They are scumbags who will take your money and never send a product or respond to customer service inquiries.

*Received the product months after I ordered. Never responded to my customer service inquiries during that time. I stand by the review, just wanted to update.

Company gives cheap quality stuff, no customer service, dont respond, and you don't know where your items are... dont bother

Nice looking products on the website but the end results are poor quality merchandise and they take ages to arrive. One of the items I bought was a t-shirt and it became unstitched within a matter of weeks. I like their stance towards wildlife and conservation but I've bought from them twice and regretted it both times. I won't be buying again.

Ordered a mask, but my tablet auto-corrected my address to an invalid address. Tried to contact the company many, many times through their contact form and never got a reply. The order did ship, but it was returned to the company due to the bad address. Then they proceeded to re-print a tracking label for the same bad address. These guys never respond to email regardless of what their website says. Buyer beware!
