They used to be great. I have purchased many items from them. Now it appears they are just plain stealing money by not fulfilling orders. Ordered before Xmas 2023 as a gift, received nothing. They aren't even good enough to answer your emails. Criminals and cowards.

Ordered in Nov never got anything. No emails are answered but they are still running sales campaigns. Currently have May The Fourth theme promo with star wars stuff. Someone is working there advertising but no one is sending people their orders. Something happened towards the end of last year because I've ordered from them in previous years and was very happy with the products. Looks like they are a scam site now.

Address is different but there is a phone number ?!?. My login account no longer works. I also ordered a hoodie and they processed payment but still no hoodie. Contacted old website 4 times with all pertinent info. Cats of War shirts were great.

My order was confirmed Dec 4, 2023. Middle of March - nothing! Emails unanswered and now the site can't be found. My prior order the year before took so long they wrote they refunded my money. Then the package came month later.

This company never even shipped out my order and ignored all of my attempts to contact them. After 90 days of placing my order, they still refused to give my money back. This is money that's supposed to go to rescues!! I emailed them, messaged all socials amd received no response for months. I contacted the Better Business Bureau who also had no luck. Finally I contacted PayPal who refunded my money. Arm The Animals is a horrendous and fraudulent.

I have purchased from these guys in the past with no issues, so I trusted their service... but I placed an order 7th December 2023, and apart from an order confirmation I have received no updates and my order has still not been shipped! I have sent 5+ emails, Facebook messenger, and messages from their 'contact' form online but heard nothing back at all.
Very unhappy, I think I've been scammed! :(

I ordered 75 dollars of clothes and never received my order or even a reply to my emails. I have sent two emails now. Very disappointed.

I used to love this store and used to have no problems with them until now! I placed an order on Dec 2nd 2023 and as of January 18th 2024, I still have not received my items but they definitely took my money for them. I've reached out to customer service four times with no response and I've also sent them messages on social media with no response. Never again will I buy from them! I submitted a complaint with the BBB! Don't buy from this company!

BUYER BEWARE! I became aware of ATA in late 2018. I placed 2 or 3 orders between then and late 2020. Never had an issue: items arrived in a timely fashion and I was happy with what I received. HOWEVER, I placed an order on 11/07/2023 and as of today (01/17/2024), I have not received anything but an order confirmation. No notice of the order shipping, order being back ordered, or the order being cancelled. Two attempts to reach out to customer service have gone unanswered. Meanwhile I am STILL receiving emails with new items to purchase! I have filed a claim with PayPal and hope to have my purchase refunded.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered back in December, they had no problem taking my money the same day, but they never sent shipping info and I never received my package. I tried contacting their customer service and haven't had any reply.

Scumbags took my money- I like everyone else here was ripped off by these scumbags. Do not order anything they will just rip you off.

Placed an order a month ago, and the only thing I have is an order confirmation. They were quick to take my money though, they did that the same day I place the order. Customer support also hasn't replied to my email inquiring about the order. I appreciate the cause but that doesn't give them the right to rip people off. I don't even want the T-shirt now because it has their name on it. You're better off making a donation to your local shelter and buying apparel elsewhere.

The point to ordering things on Black Friday is to allow enough time to get a good deal but also a delivery before Christmas. I ordered on 1123 and still have not received my order. I sent a message and have heard no reply. I'm not one to bash small companies but this one is a scam

Ordered a t-shirt for my gf for Christmas under the assumption of their 8-10 day shipment policy on 11/22/23. Still haven’t received it yet. Reached out multiple times and even Instagram messaged them. No response. Do not buy from here. Make your own t shirts. This place is a scam.

Placed an order 2 months ago, still haven’t received it. I reached out 3 times and still no reply. Love what they stand for but very poor customer service.

I ordered a cat mom sweater and they sent me a dog one. Tried contacting them for the last two weeks almost everyday to find out how to return it. NO RESPONSE. 👎 👎 👎 they're scammers

Boyfriend ordered multiple shirts for me. Unfortunately he ordered the wrong size. After reaching out through their contact sheet on the website multiple times without any response, we were able to find instructions for the return process along with an address to send items to. The items were returned as undeliverable. So we can’t get a refund from this company and can’t wear the shirts.
