I tried to place an order
I tried to place an order, but when I get to “checkout” I get a notice saying there is a problem and to reenter my information. Not a chance. Too much scamming going on. I recommend that no one order from this site. This is not the first time I’ve heard about this.
Wont last long with the way they are running the business
I loved the concept and products and after doing some research I made a purchase to support them, I love shopping small businesses and especially ones that support animals. However, after a month of no order or communication I sent an email asking about my order. A week later I got a generic response and now here we are 7 weeks later and just now an email my order will ship. Maybe post something on your website that realistically orders take 4-6 weeks to ship instead of the 8-10 days you say on your site. Really disappointed.
DON'T ORDER FROM ARM THE ANIMALS!
I placed two orders with Arm the Animals. The first one was on 10/11/22 for $79.47 some hoodies and a t-shirt. The second transaction was placed on 10/13/22 for $51.84 for some hoodies. It took until January to receive the first order with me repeatedly contacting the company and even asking them to just refund my money for both orders. I have yet to receive my second order. At this time, I would like my money refunded asap. I believe I even have a different credit card now. This is beyond ridiculous and I have been more than patient. I have had things happening in my life which have prevented me from following up with the company but now, I just want my $51.84 refunded. I believed in this company as I had ordered from them before and everything was fine and I support their mission but I just want my money back at this point. I wish them well in the future. Thank you.
Never recieved my order
Never recieved my order. I emailed Arm the Animals today informing them of my intent to notify the Texas Secretary of State and possibly fiiling a DTPA lawsuit.
Customer service? Nope.
Ordered two hoodies. One showed up fine, the other showed up 3 sizes too small and, weirdly, cut in half at the midriff. Reached out to them to rectify the issue but have not heard back.
Cool designs, but who cares if you can't wear them?
No order, 8 weeks later
I ordered 2 hoodies on 11/9/22. Still have not received them, and finally received an email on 12/14 that my order would ship in 10 days. That came and went, and still no order, no communication and still showing my order as "unfulfilled" BUT they sure took my payment when I placed the order!! I will be reporting to paypal. I sent another email today to ATA and if I don't get a reply within 48 hours, I will be cancelling the order.

Ordered mid December. Said it would be about 2 weeks, which was fine. No communication aside from the original confirmation email.
Emailed several times for a status, no response.
Used the chat function on the site - was advised it might be 4 weeks or more.
Cancelled the order. Spend less on advertising and more on staffing up.
Horrible service, delays delays delays.

29 days later, my order still hasn't shipped and they aren't even responding to my messages.

I’ve ordered from this company twice
I’ve ordered from this company twice. The first was 7-8 years ago, the second time was October 2022. I would not recommend anyone order from here. The thing that bothers me the most is their lack of honesty and transparency in their business dealings. Their website is full of misleading timeframes and information leading you to believe they’re a reputable company. I don’t remember my experience being so terrible the first time around. This time, I placed an order for 6 shirts on October 8th. I knew it would take a couple weeks to process, make and ship so I wasn’t in a hurry. However, when it had been well over 3 weeks (not including weekends) I contacted them to inquire about my order because based on their website my order should have at least been processed by the time I contacted them. But all I received in response was a generic “all orders ship in 7-10 business days” blurb they probably blindly send out when they get an inquiry email. Then I received the shirts yesterday. I expected quality… but it was lacking. What was the long wait for? I just don’t get it. I ordered on October 8th and I received my order on November 21st and I ordered 6 regular t-shirts. My advice would be to spend your money locally instead of with this company, their customer service is severely lacking; they seem to understand where the customer frustration lies but don’t want to put truthful and legitimate information on their website so that we as customers are fully informed of lead times and wait times before purchasing. There’s a lot to be said for truthful marketing and this company just doesn’t understand how to be truthful in marketing or customer service. It’s disappointing, honestly.

Edit November: Not one for giving up easily I emailed again after another month or two of no replies and actually got a reply and a refund.

I honestly think it depends who you get. I bought these goods in June and now mid November it’s finally sorted.
I bought multiple items in good faith and wanting to support rescues. My hoodie arrived and was faulty with the sticker already peeling off. I emailed the company. I was informed the ONLY way to sort this was to return item at my cost so they could verify fault (apparently photos would not suffice). I would then be refunded for item and have my full postage refunded. Note; The postage from australia to USA cost more than the original item.
Next I received notification of a refund of item, even less than the original amount that I had paid for unworn item.
I have emailed them multiple times re the postage refund and balance of item refund sending copies of receipts, copies of their promise to refund postage in full.
They now choose to ignore every single email.
They are just absolute crooks.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear of them. It’s not worth the stress. There are many honest companies around, unfortunately this is not one of them.
Save your time and money. Avoid this company
Took my money and then sent me a bunch of junk email. Never recieved the shirt I ordered. Open a claim on paypal and they gave me a refund within 5 minutes. Whomever runs this company should be in jail. Total scam

I was initially concerned with reviews but loved the tshirt so much I ordered it, not sure what has happened with other people but my tshirt was made and posted within the week and I received it a couple of weeks later (I’m in Australia) it’s just arrived and I’m absolutely thrilled with it 😁 true to size and seems to be good quality. Will be ordering again for sure.

Over 2 months and a stalker-level amount of messages sent from me to ATA, I FINALLY RECEIVED THE HOODIE THAT I ORDERED ON MAY 23RD! Still no response, apology, or anything from anyone at ATA since July 13th, but I finally got what I ordered!

I hate writing this review, as I don't want to slam a company that is supposedly "for the animals" - but the customer service is deplorable and unacceptable. I ordered a hoodie, back in May - they sent me the wrong one. I order the hoodie that I originally wanted again, thinking it was a one time mix up, and AGAIN they send me the wrong thing. I communicated my frustrations to a Natalie, who informed me that they do have the hoodie but she can't guarantee I will get the correct item if I order it. Huh? Considering how many reviews say they got the wrong item or their order was missing items, I would think they'd get their website in order before continuing to conduct business and rip people off. After this, I was completely ignored for weeks, until July 13th.
Chelsea from Arm the Animals sent me an email apologizing, stating she gave this to the production team who would be shipping my item out within 72 hours, and I would receive an email with tracking information. Today is July 27th and - big shocker - nothing has been sent to me, and no tracking number provided. I reached out for an update on July 18th, no response. Reached out again on the 25th, no response.
This company is even worse than I thought. Sending me an email to tell me I'm finally getting the item I ordered, only to string me along and shut me up? This is outrageous - why would you tell your extremely dissatisfied customer, who has been having the same issue since MAY - that their issue will be resolved within 72 hours. Only to then completely ignore them again! My mind is boggled. This company is officially a total scam in my eyes.
Great company
Great company! Very easy to do business with. Products arrived in a timely manner. All of these Karens on here complaining are obviously selfish and have zero clue that there is a global pandemic occuring and supply chain issues.

The designs are cool and that’s about it. Their system switched to default size and color when I added to cart. Noticed right after I finished the order.
2 days later I get a response basically telling me to cancel and place the order again, I ask if there’s another option and don’t get a response for another two days until after it ships.
I receive the order and not only is the error I noticed there but they also sent me the wrong size of another shirt. Both are smalls instead of mediums, both are somehow also different sizes.
The person who does customer service responded by saying “you screwed up your order and telling me to pay to ship it back and write a note telling them what was wrong.
