Armydogtags Reviews

I couldn’t recommend Rhodri and his work highly enough.

I purchased a personalised set of army tags from Rhodri around just over a year ago, with the intention of creating something meaningful that I could wear as a lasting reminder of my time in the Army. One year later, I still wear them regularly, and I can genuinely appreciate the care, attention to detail and quality that went into making what some people might consider to be a small item.

From the very beginning, I had a specific vision of exactly what I wanted. I spoke with Rhodri over the phone and through email, and he took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve. He talked me through the different options, including engraving and laser work, and helped me decide which approach would work best for what I had in mind.

The customer service was exceptional throughout. Rhodri was incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring, and the tags were made and delivered much quicker than I expected. He also made it clear that if there were ever any issues, they would be there to support me.

It’s rare to find that level of care and personal service, especially for something that has meaning to the customer.

Two years on, I’m still extremely happy with my tags and what they represent to me. I would highly recommend Rhodri to anyone looking for something personalised, meaningful and made with genuine care and attention to detail.

Thank you again, Rhodri!

I ordered a set of dog tags and they didn't arrive within the Royal Mail time frame (which is entirely not their fault). They were kind enough to send another one expedited and this one did arrive, absolutely amazing customer service by Rhodri. Thank You!

Good quality, clear writing, very good value. Much better than plastic ones we’ve had in the past that get chewed.
The ring without the centre part looks much better on our small god than a simple disc.

Love the output - personalised dog tags. Quality is great. Had a very warm email exchange with Rhodri - I assume the owner - after I asked for a change which I did not expect to be made but it was. Turns out he and I have some things in common too. Unusual customer service for the day and age we live in.

Great dog tags! Ordered 6/9/26
Had a problem with the order, company marked as "processed". Contacted the firm & problem sorted out quickly, tags arrived two days later 11/9/26.
Very pleased with tags.

I couldn’t recommend this enough for anyone that is looking to get their dog tags copied. I emailed the company requesting something and they were so accommodating and did so much justice to something that is so close to our hearts.
Thank you

Super comms, fast delivery and a nice handwritten note from the owner, really pleased.

Ordered a red medic alert style single dog tag for more visibility.
Cheap and good, happy to order again and will recommend to people that ask about it! Couldn’t be happier!
Thank you

Very impressed with the quality. Looks great on my dog. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery but more importanly sturdy with washer design meaning no wear at single point as with standard tags that wear through & fall off. Clear inscriptions.

Excellent service and when I made a mistake, they rectified with out a quibble. Highly recommend.

Genuinely excellent service, product, delivery, communication. I ordered in a panic at 12 noon yesterday, needed a tag asap and this looked like it fit the bill. Instant reply from them to say they would get it despatced immediately and it arrived 11am today, under 24 hours from start to finish. The product is perfect, exactly as described. Thanks for bailing me out. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really lovely tags and quick delivery.. really like them ❤️

Post office didn't deliver in time so I asked if anything could be done. I did not expect them to offer next day delivery and replacement free of charge. The post office still havent delivered my order, but army dog tags are the best!

I have just received a perfectly engraved and super stylish dog tag for my new puppy. The tag is black ‘washer’ style with lovely clear white text.
This product is such great value for money and I can honestly say it is the best I have seen and purchased on the market.
Thank you

Easy to order and fairly quick delivery. Very clear writing on tag which is black metal.

Excellent service. Rhodri replied promptly, politely and efficiently. I ordered two dog tags ( for dogs ). The name on one was not as ordered. Complete hands up and apology with replacement sent that day and received the next day. In this day and age this company were a complete pleasure to deal with. Well done.

I don’t know what to write so that it doesn’t sound like a robot or paid, so here goes..
I ordered a new tag for my dog’s collar after moving house. I chased it after a week as it still haven’t arrived. I wasn’t expecting a response, let alone a HUMAN one. They ended up shipping out another and both original and replacement arrived on the same day!

The tags took 4 weeks to arrive. The dog tags are fine but the army tag is rubbish. Went straight in the bin complete waste of money. Looks nothing like an army tag. Wrong size wrong shape and the chain is so cheap it’ll break in two minutes. The inscription is poor too.

Honestly the best communication and customer service throughout. Ordered sterling silver dog tags for my boyfriends passout parade. The guy made a mistake with one of them (as people can do!) And instantly told me the situation, made his best efforts to get it delivered! Gave me the incorrect one to give incase the other didn't arrive in time! Sent the correct one on special delivery and arrived today (In perfect time for the passout) in amazing condition. It looks great! Would absolutely purchase again and highly recommend to others. Thanks again Rhodri!
