Bought a knitted zip up jacket a few months back, about a week ago the zipper got jammed and broke so couldn’t really wear the jacket anymore, so I emailed the CS team with a photo and spoke to somebody called Sam who got a replacement sent out for me on next day delivery. No problems, No questions just great customer service from Arne well done 5star service 👍🏼

Clothing was good but I could not wear as the Evri delivery driver would not put in my safe place with clear instructions to do so this is very frustrating so now I have to send item back as my even has gone.i did catch the delivery guy and expressed my feelings but he was not bothered I have left complaint to Evri as well I though I should being this matter up with yourselfs as it’s not good and could impact future sales to your company

High quality clothing
High quality clothing. Delivery was very quick, had to return something for a different size and it was all straight forward.
Only thing I will say is that the petite joggers are still quite long for us short people, they are 30inches long and petite normally runs at 28inches long. Loved them so much so have kept them and will get them altered.
Will definitely order again, thank you 😊
