This watch (City Hall Black 40 mm) was so beautiful that I wanted it immediately. I chose the brushed and matt black bracelet.
The website is clear and easy to use for finding a specific model. The delivery tracking was impeccable, and the packaging was very neat.
I simply had to go to a jeweler to have the bracelet adjusted.

Great looking watch. Want the battery replaced when not in Denmark? Forget it. Even experienced watch repair shops in Paris cannot open the back panel. Filled out the the form for the company's US address. Twice. No response after 3 weeks. Do Not Waste Your Money.
It's a lovely watch, but there does seem to be a problem with the glass. Sitting in an armchair I suddenly hear a loud click and large cracks have appeared across the glass.
Avoid purchasing at all costs!
Paid £266 for a wall clock. Arrived totally smashed. Told refund had been issued that never arrived. Scam company

Very crap watch. Got one from GåvaFabriken and it was not working, falling pings, not able to start. Got a replacement and now even if it starts is impossible to pair with the apps. Not able to change digital time, etc. Manual is not so clear and impossible to read. Will give -1 and 0 Stars. Don't waste your time with it!
Glass of watch broke due to accidental drop. No UK service centre but Danish team were really helpful and prompt in assisting with the replacement of the glass keeping me updated with progress during the process. Took around a week all in from door to door, including international shipping.
Nice watches, however the watch glass is pretty flimsy. It’s broken falling off my bed side table. There are no service points in the UK and I’ve got to post it to them in Denmark and pay 75 Euros + 15 Euros for P&P to have it fixed. May as well bin it as it’s half the cost of the watch to replace a piece of glass. Pretty disappointed.
I sadly broke my watch a few weeks ago and the team kindly are sending me a brand new watch with free shipping. I can’t say how easy it was with the team and I’m really happy
