This company is a scam the customer service is terrible. You can’t reach a real person, you will be on hold for hours. I’ve never regretted a purchase more than I’ve regretted invested in this machine. I do not recommend at all.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and feel compelled to share it so other customers can make informed decisions.

I initially contacted them to purchase one of their smaller scent machines. Shortly after, Simone reached out and offered me an upgrade to a higher-end machine “at no additional cost,” which sounded like a great opportunity. However, he explained that in order to receive this upgrade, I would need to enroll in a monthly membership. Based on how it was presented, it seemed like a simple and beneficial arrangement, so I agreed.

Before committing, I specifically asked Simón whether there would be any impact on my credit if I ever decided to cancel. He clearly told me there would be no impact. This was very important to me, and I relied on his answer to move forward.

A few days later, I discovered that a hard inquiry had been made on my credit without my clear understanding or proper explanation. This has negatively affected my credit, and at no point was this disclosed to me beforehand. That lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Additionally, I was never clearly informed that this was a long-term commitment or that failing to continue payments could result in the account being sent to collections. These are critical details that should be communicated openly and honestly before a customer agrees to anything.

To make matters worse, I began experiencing allergic reactions to the scent product. When I initially asked about this possibility, I was reassured that I would be able to cancel if any issues arose. Now that I am trying to do exactly that, the situation has become complicated and stressful.

While I will say that the product itself smells very good and seems high quality, the way this was sold to me was misleading. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. Important information was either withheld or misrepresented, and I was not given a clear picture of what I was agreeing to.

This company needs to seriously improve its transparency, especially when explaining financial commitments, credit implications, and cancellation terms. Customers deserve honest, straightforward information so they can make decisions without being misled.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Not impressed

Not impressed, I really wanted to find the right scent so I got 3 sample packages with a total of 30 different scents, 2 of the tiny bottles were the same so 2 scents were missing and two of the bottles wouldn't spray.
Some of the scents I could not smell.
I ordered the MYSTERY ITEM, SPECIAL EDITION for 15 dollars I kept trying to call to find out where it was because it was not delivered, it ended up being a fifty dollar voucher which I won't use, the scents seem overpriced and not that good. I wish I would have seen these reviews before spending 72 dollars for nothing.

I have requested customer services to contact me through the channels advised on their website and email. No reply and no update. They are very good at selling but poor at delivering it. Ironically their customer service stinks!

Holy crap this company is a joke. They churn and burn employees like they're in a beef slaughter house. Anyone who chooses to do business, deserves *exactly* whats coming. I was able to avoid this nightmare with only 5 minutes of due-dilligence, so shame on the folks who cant do a simple review search.

Total rubbish customer service

Total rubbish customer service. I ordered a smaller unit with scents but it never arrived. When I eventually managed to get a email response Vitto Valentino reached out offering an apology and of course talked me into an upgrade at special price as compensation (how stupid am I)
The unit arrived but there were me at to be 5 discover scents. Only 2 arrived and since whatsapping him and he promising to sort it out he has now ignored all messages despite them being blue ticked so I know he has read
I have now decided I would not trust this mob to feed my dog and you should look elsewhere

Ridiculously bad company

Ridiculously bad company. Once they get your number, countless different over-eager clowns will call you and endlessly try to upsell you or get you into a subscription. STOP SUPPORTING THEM - any diffuser oil will work in your diffuser.

On gosh the worst experience

On gosh the worst experience. I ordered the mini 360 SL. On the website they have it for $199 slashed to $29. That should have been a red flag but apparently I was color blind at the time. I chose NOT to do an oil subscription (thank goodness) and that raised the price of the unit to $59. Once I placed the order I received a bombardment of phone calls, emails and texts from multiple sales representatives trying to upsell. I received the item and it was junk. The website features an elaborate remote with many choices. This was key as it doesn’t feature an app. The remote you get is basic on/off low/med/high. The unit itself cheap. I could not reach customer service. I tried for 14 days straight. Emails, texts, instant messaging on website (it ends chat immediately) and phone. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I can imagine if I had subscribed to oils that would have been its own nightmare. I’d say every other brand is better than this one.

I’ve unfortunately signed up to a subscription but after reading all these reviews, I so wish I hadn’t. He’s got to be the worst customer service ever. I’ve had so many problems with my address. I keep sending it to the wrong address. I keep asking to put it to my proper address and they don’t. I’m spending over $200 a month. It’s absolutely disgraceful. I had some really nice guy sales guy call me convince me to buy the bigger machine and sign up which I have done and now I really regret this they don’t email back. They don’t correspond with you if there’s a problem which I’ve had multiple problems they dont sort them out Again. I wish I’d read all these reviews first I would never have signed up. Not sure what to do I might get some legal advice anyone tried this?

Bottles are now only half filled for $54 whereas before they were at least filled….terrible customer service. Incorrect orders routinely, last order was an empty random bottle that was sealed as if it was new but completely empty so I had to call and try to get what I actually ordered. Do not recommend!!!! A million other scent options for your home don’t waste money and your time on this product!!!

If I can give a no star 😡

If I can give a no star. Customer service and technical support are infuriating. I bought a mini diffuser in July and used it properly and less than usual and 8 months down the line it stops working. Customer service said it was out of the 90 days warranty and suggested to me to buy another diffuser. I said that it's not even a year and you're asking me to buy another one. They suggested to contact tech support.

I booked a call from tech support for today 10.04 at 14.15 pm. I didn't receive any calls. I emailed them and someone called me and rang my phone for 3 seconds. I didn't get the chance to answer the call. Now they're asking to reschedule the call. I have to wait again for 3 days!

Wrong delivery

I had a delivery that was sent to me that wasn’t mine. I called Aroma360 and was connected to Camilla.
She was able to solve the issue immediately. She sent me a No COST to me return label. I received my own order the next day. I really appreciated Camilla’s help. She was patient, pleasant and everything was fixed.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Aroma360 and would not recommend them.

I purchased the Wireless Pro diffuser along with a fragrance, spending about $250 total. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from a representative who told me I had selected the wrong fragrance for my unit and assured me he would correct it.

However, when my order arrived, they still sent me the wrong bottle.

When I called customer service to fix the issue, I was transferred to an AI system that was unable to help me resolve the problem. Instead of correcting their mistake, I’m now being forced to purchase another oil bottle for $54 just to use the diffuser I already paid for.

This is unacceptable. The company made the error, yet I’m the one paying for it.

I strongly suggest others read reviews before purchasing. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I expect a full refund for this poor service and mishandling of my order.

Over $4,000 Held for Months – No Payment, No Accountability

This has been one of the worst affiliate experiences I’ve ever had.
Aroma360 has been holding over $4,000 in my commissions since January, clearly shown in the dashboard, yet no payment has been made. I’ve submitted all required documents (including tax forms) and followed up multiple times, but I keep getting either no response or vague, non-committal replies.
As an affiliate running paid traffic and investing real money to promote their brand, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Holding funds for months without transparency or a clear payout timeline raises serious concerns about trust and reliability.
At this point, it feels like affiliates are simply being ignored once revenue has been generated for the company.
If you are thinking about joining Aroma360’s affiliate program, I strongly advise you to think twice. Based on my experience, there is a real risk of not getting paid on time—or at all.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this publicly across more platforms.
