Complete scam artists. Paid for a mystery pallet and recieved a packet worth nothing. Offered a 10% refund. They are ripping people off. Have reported to authorities and emailed many media platforms who have found their ethics very interesting

Our sink took months to be delivered, it was so late that it missed the deadline we had with the plumber, so we had to buy another sink instead. Once the Aromadonna sink finally arrived, I organised a refund straight away. This was December 2021, I still have not been refunded the $300 owed, and they have stopped replying to emails. Absolute criminals.

I have given one star so I can proceed but this company deserves none. Biggest scam ever. No refund of my $636.00. Just fed rubbish on their emails. It's broken me. Supposed to be a genuine company.

Purchased a swag tent. Never arrived. After finally reading all the reviews I asked to cancel order and for a refund. They even emailed me a copy of the refund but it never arrived. Reported to commonwealth bank who hold their account. Don’t expect to ever get the money back. DON T BUY ITS A SCAM

I ordered some fans online from them I told me the fans weren't available to the 2/5 they offered me a refund I am now waited around 6 weeks and I still not haven't received a refund I email without any response I would not recommend this company.

I ordered perfume from you for my girlfriend, she was satisfied. Your prices are the most reasonable.

After going through the same ordeal as many others - item not in stock / on back order and requesting a refund, then following up on it multiple times over 2 to 3 months without a refund being supplied, I've reported the site to Scamwatch and select all options to share the report with all government and private sector agencies.

I Ordered a pool pump which was in stock at time, after I paid the money I was informed that no stock. I sent a picture of another pump and was sent a message saying it was definitely available asked for my money from first order 7797 and I will pay the difference. But was told I had to request a refund. I then stupidly oredered again order 7969. Still haven't received the the goods. I have sent lots of emails requesting a refund and have not had a reply. I have reported aromadonna to scam watch.
This company is definitely a scam.

Don’t use them. Scroll down. They are scammers. Don’t deliver goods. Don’t send refunds. Do NOT use them!

Don't use this company , don't buy anything from them . Their customer service is pathetic . Can't supply products after months of promises and then won't give refunds for good they can't supply . Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs !!!

Best ? Oh no, perhaps the worst, if there are any problems with delivery, then all further communication with support is useless! No one will refund your money!

Scammers!. I ordered a mist fan earlier in the year (order #6945) and couple of weeks later when inquired, I was told it went to back order and will take months for it to arrive. They had offered me the full refund which I accepted by sending them bank details but never received any money back from them as yet. It's been almost a month since they first confirmed my refund and I've been sending them emails regarding this matter and they appear to ignore my emails and no longer responds. It seems like they do not wanted give the refund to the customer. They appear to be scammers who take your money but doesn't give the product or a refund back.

This is my 3rd review. As we have not been refunded since late November when we were told the stock we ordered was unavailable.

After my last review I was told refund will be provided for order not received soon. It’s now more than 15 days since and no refund yet.

From their response to both my earlier review I know that they check trustpilot reviews so would like a refund for
Order 6199. Amount we paid and need refund for $198. Have emailed my bank account as they don’t have time to go through the chain of emails sent.
Awaiting a refund and hope I don’t have to write a 4th review

Still waiting on an order I made on 24th December, no follow up, no response to emails, no shipping notification and I can't get hold of them. Should have read reviews and realised this was a scam company. Will be reporting and taking it further

UPDATE on Aromadonna

On 31st Jan 2022, I finally received an email showing evidence of Aromadonna transferring the refund to my account. The money came through this afternoon. Reporting works everyone!

If this really is a 'legitimate' business they really need to work on their business because waiting over 3months for a refund is an absolute joke. Got there in the end but still gave them poor ratings for the overall experience and time I've wasted making reports via phone and online.

I have the same story as too many other people: Placed order, received nothing, followed up with them, advised item is now on backorder, accepted offer of a refund to be provided in 2 to 5 business days... no refund.

No wonder nearly everyone thinks they are a scam. So many bad stories, so many people paying for goods they don't receive, so many people requesting refunds but not receiving them, incredibly poor (slow) customer service.

If it looks like a scam and smells like a scam...

Over a month and not a single useful response, above the usual "we will get back to you shortly". Avoid at all costs!

Reporting them to the bank and will flag it with ACCC.
