Do not touch these people with a bargepole

I purchase product from their online Amazon Shop. The goods were in stock, but they never delivered. On chasing the order the seller claimed they hadnt dispatched because they hadnt been paid. Amazon confirmed they payment had been authorised and funds blocked pending dispatch. They kept telling me to deal with Amazon but refused to contact Amazon to resolve the situation. Not only do they not have a clue about how to deliver customer service, they are delusional. For pressing them to deliver an order where funds are authorised by the bank to be paid they have claimed in writing that I am dishonest and manipulative. Do you really want to buy from such a company?
