They cancelled my first order and subscription and refunded me the amount then two months later I get charged for something I didn’t order if a company cancelled your subscription order they shouldn’t recharge you for a subscription they cancelled they do not respond to your email I sent them an email the same day saying I wanted a refund and that I didn’t place this order before they shipped out the product I went with another company because they cancelled my subscription order they didn’t refund me for the second order, they didn’t respond to my email and it has been almost a month now 1 star because they obviously wanted me to replace the same order again so they can charge me twice for two subscription… clearly a fraudulent company as that’s not a simple mistake to make as any person out of cat litter is going to first class ship and re-order again with the same company thankfully I went with another company … just stay honest if you cancel a customers 1st subscription order you’ve cancel their subscription order don’t resubmit an

Got send an open bag in a re used box from a walnut company? Tried to contact as damaged product. Non existent support.

They set up a repeating order that I did not request.

They then kept sending the product despite my many attempts to cancel the repeating order.

Arranged with my bank to block them in the end.

Great product but absolutely impossible to get any support from this company. There is no contact number and absolutely no response to the emails I sent. The online messaging from their website also does not work. Better off getting the product from elsewhere.
