I had a wonderful experience with the team from Arrow Lift. The initial phone call was pleasant with a satisfying outcome. The salesman that came to call on my home was friendly, knowledgeable and to the point, no high pressure selling. My installer was on time, courteous, and instructed me with great patience. The Lift works great. Just what I needed!

Efficient and organized
I called on a Tuesday. They called back on Wednesday and a guy came out and it was put in on Friday. You can’t ask for better service than that.

Our installer/tech Isaiah was amazing
Our installer/tech Isaiah was amazing! He definitely knew what he was doing and it was Isaiah who made us aware of a feature my father would benefit from on the chairlift seat. That feature was not presented to us by the Salesperson, Charlie which resulted in Isaiah returning days later to install the swivel seat option.
Basically, Charlie came to our home, made the sale and cashed the check. He has yet to call with a follow up as most salespeople do especially when it’s a big ticket purchase.
The Stannah chair lift system is an amazing piece of equipment and highly recommended by my 94 yr old father. Isaiah also is highly recommended but we can’t say the same for the salesperson.

Salesma'error.
YOUR salesman showed pictures attaching the lift to the wall, but your installer although doing a great job attached to to the stair steps. I would have had him attach it to the other side of the steps if I had known that fact. Would you like to rectify this mistake and change it for me?

Unfortunately, all stair lift models are required to attach to the stairs, and we are not aware of any "wall-mounted" stair lift that exists on the market, so there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the photo you referenced. We'd love to discuss this with you further and get to the bottom of it. We believe you’ve already heard from our team about the possibility of moving the stair lift to the other side of your stairway. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Great product and friendly service
Every person I had contact with at Arrow was great. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This includes office contact, salesman, and installer. The range of knowledge was also good. I appreciate that they came to my home with information and looked at the stairs for installation. After all that the unit is GREAT so far. I love it.

The lift is running well
The lift is running well! The control system could use some help. If, close to a programed stop, I stop the lift, it will go through the next programmed stop and stop a few feet past it..

Not cheap but worth it for personal safety
Basically, this is a good company to deal with, however, these chairs are not cheap. Neither is the upkeep of them cheap. I have the maintenance policy which is not cheap, about $400 a year. But if you don't get the policy, you pay for them to travel to your home as well as make repairs. They do check the chair once a year but that's paid with the policy.
