The two lads Theo & Leevi who delivered our freezer were so helpful, they called earlier to give a time of delivery, which was very helpful and unloaded the freezer and unpacked it to check for any damage.
So very polite and friendly.

Delayed delivery & still not delivered…

Delayed delivery & still not delivered !

1. Firstly the system doesnt allow direct chat with representative, for initial triage of customer issue that is fine. but there should be option to contact customer represenatative if AI/auto response couldnt address the scenario. I continued to type in chat & luckily it connected me to the representative.

2. As per retailer the item that should have been delivered is in their warehouse but ArrowXL customer care representative mentions:
"item was not in location within the warehouse"

I am wondering - why they contacted me & fixed the delivery appointment - if they didnt have the item ?

3. I asked them whey they didn't contact me and keep me updated ?
for which they are saying - the number with them was wrong.

The same number with which they called us & fixed the delivery appointment , now they are saying didnt ring.

BTW it is a working number, & i never received such comment from anyone so far.

cant expect such a lame excuse.

4. Now i contacted them to get it fixed, the choice that they gave is delayed delivery by another week or more.

Based on the customer care representative interaction - Customer care system is not prompt , it doesn't own the mistake & never took initiation to be customer friendly. Inspite of my health constraint issue.

If in future , i have to interact with them, i will be doubly cautious!

Review for Bernard and Clive

I don’t usually leave reviews, however I had an exceptional delivery experience from Bernard and Clive who delivered my washer dryer. At first there was a slight plumbing issue and instead of walking away, they took the time out to ensure that everything was going to be in order before going ahead the installation. Throughout the fitting they explained everything that was needed to know in regards to the instalment of the washer dryer to ensure I had full understanding of what to do after they had left. After the installation, they made sure everything was in working order before departing. They both worked effortlessly and very professional. I hope that the Company appreciate the hard work that they put in as they are a great attribute to the workforce.

No customer service

May I take this opportunity to tell you how unprofessional your company are. I have been given two delivery dates for a radiator that I am fitting on a job and will now will have to let the customer down again. Your inept approach to customer care may not be a problem to you but to me it matters.
Tomorrow I will be reviewing your shocking service on all social media platforms I have access to, and will be contacting Screwfix to highlight the problems and cancelling the order if this is now possible.
Your service compared to other delivery companies is archaic and you have managed to waste to days of my valuable time. Very poor service you need to get this problem addressed immediately.

Delivery of fridge freezer

Patrick and Paul from Enfiled branch arrived promptly and called me in advance. They transported the goods carefully and efficiently and the package was fully undamaged. Very polite and considerate.
