We were kept updated with the progress of the delivery, which was on time and delivered by, Leroy & Paul W both very polite, friendly and careful with the items being delivered, also careful when entering and putting the items down in the house. Fantastic service from Dan and Paul with Arrow
The delivery was on time. The team, Dan and Paul made every effort to get in a huge American fridge into the flat. They were even kind enough to help me with the packaging. They were friendly and courteous.

I couldn't be more impressed and satisfied.
Steve and Phil turned up with my patio umbrella well within the time slot.
Very nice professional attitude. I could not have carried the umbrella to where it was needed. They willingly went the "extra mile" to get it to where it was going to be used.

Lovely service from Martin and Scott
Two lovely gentlemen Martin and Scott dropped off my order, took time to confirm my address were there on time and very kind and helped to carry and position the rather heavy delivery to 2nd floor and made sure it was OK before they left. Very pleasant delivery gentlemen and absolutely awesome service.

Vinicius and Jayden delivered and installed a new washing machine. The flat where I live is very difficult to access. They assisted me removing two doors, one outside the flat on the balcony, in order to remove the old machine and install the new one.
They were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. They went the extra mile for me.
