Love it ❤️

My purchase was a large sized picture on a stretched canvas. The picture was delivered at the stated time and due to proper packaging, in perfect condition. Choosing an oversized option, I was a little nervous that the quality of the image might not be up to par. No need to worry. I'm very happy with my beautiful picture.

Terrible image resolution

The ordering process was good, showing how the options looked. The resolution of the image is at the large size is terrible. The figures are too blurry to be of value as a piece of art. I would like to return it.

I returned an item

I returned an item and was told the shipping costs would be fully reimbursed. I was only reimbursed $32.85 for shipping which did not nearly cover what I paid to properly ship it. I also had to pay UPS to properly package the art to prevent damage.

Need better packaging

Art.com sent my item in flimsy packaging; it arrived wrinkled due to dent in the cardboard. I immediately contacted them and in due time got a response offering refund or replacement. Nice! But to my reply, they've not yet responded.

Great Customer Service!

Poor quality and expensive to return

The piece I ordered looked nothing like the pictures online. I had to pay $9 for delivery and $17 to return it. It was just a poster.
