Carefully wrapped, great service

I purchased some furniture through this company and when I received it unfortunately it was damaged.
I contacted customer service and explained & I then emailed over some photos.
Within 15 minutes I had a call back, they were very apologetic and offered me a full refund or replacement!
The customer service from this company is second to none (I expected it to be a long dragged out process)
We will definitely shop with these again.

We came across Artemes Mode by accident the last time we were back in Glasgow. Some wonderful stuff in the shop. Sadaf was extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet. We bought a couple of vases there and then. We also bought another larger vase to have delivered to our home in London as we would have had no more room in our luggage. Stock is great and very different from many other similar shops in Glasgow. Reasonable prices. Only problem was with delivery - not an issue with Artemes but with the courier they used. It took nearly a week to arrive, with little and misleading information about delivery and badly damaged package on arrival although contents were thankfully OK. We will no doubt be buying again from Artemes Mode and certainly visiting when back up in Glasgow.

I ordered pendant lights for my kitchen and they are beautiful. The shipping was fast and the lights were packed well. I spoke to Sarah in customer service who was great and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
