Have had the grass for almost a year now and I own a German Shepherd plus the back yard is not huge. There were a few glitches with communication during installation, but that doesn't mean that the work done was bad. I am extremely happy with the end result. My dog doesn't rip the grass to shreds, there are no pee spots to deal with (or dead spots on grass). Removing poop is a breeze. We had an extremely hot summer to deal with too in AZ and wow, the grass held up nicely. It is so much better to stare at a green lawn when looking out on the yard, than a bunch of brown dirt... Thank you!

Workers from Artificial Grass Masters, who installed the artificial grass in my back yard failed to ensure adequate water supply would continue to flow to four Queen Palm trees located within the turf area installed around them causing three of them to die off. An added expense is now required to remove a portion of the grass area and run an adequate water line to those Palms. I would not recommend using Artificial Grass Masters to anyone.

I absolutely love my new grass and path way. Makes the front of my house look so much better. The crew did a great job!

Customer service was excellent. Polite, on time, cleaned up area. Left installation looking excellent. Salesperson came to check up same day. Only negative was that the seam show with certain lighting. They worked on it a week later and some improvement. A really nice job. just didn't want to see the seam shadow.

Grass Masters installed grass in my back yard several years ago. I noticed the grass was losing blades so I called them. They told me the manufacturer of the grass has a recall because they did not have the proper UV protection. Unfortunately the warranty did not cover the reinstall.. Grass Masters has since changed manufacturers and now if something goes wrong with the grass the install is covered. They came out yesterday and reinstalled the grass. They also sent a quality control person out within 2 hours after the install to make sure that it was installed correctly and to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend this company for their honesty & reliability and great service.

They installed grass in our backyard, the grass looked fantastic but after 2 years we started to have an issue with it deteriorating.
