The artificial grass we had put in our backyard is absolutely great. No longer is our dog tracking in dead grass so the house is much cleaner. The installers were efficient and did an excellent job. Everything went as we were told. Our Miniature Schnauzer took out a couple of corners and tore out a small chunk of the grass so if you have a dogs it would be wise to keep an eye on them until they get used to the new install. Other than that, and the dog was a puppy, everything was well done.

GOOD JOB WELL DONE AT A FAIR PRICE

Estimate to take out existing turf, haul away, and replace with already purchased new turf-$10,000! Sounds extremely expensive. No deal.

We were surprised and pleased that Artificial Grass Masters did much more than artificial grass. They did a superlative job for us by putting in a paver and flagstone patio and walkway, and finishing it off with excellent landscaping.
The management of the job was first class, and we felt well treated.

Grass only lasted three years because of untreated batch that went to several of their customers. The manufacturer replaced the grass but it was an inferior product. Artificial Grass wanted to charge more for labor than the original installation. I did it myself in the end with less patching than the original install.

Great service, great price and quality follow up after project was completed.

We purchased grass in June and After the grass was laid the back 1/4 of the yard was damaged( looked totally smashed down and a different color) . The company told us the grass would eventually perk up as that was not unusual. They came back out a couple of times and tried resanding it and raking it to no avail. We asked from the get go to have it replaced but they told us it would spring back. After 3 months of arguing they contacted the warranty company and finally replaced the entire yard of grass. We were very happy to have our problems solved. I would not buy artificial grass again as it is too hot for people and dogs to walk on in the summertime 😟

They did what they said they would do and then so, I definitely would recommend using them and will use again in the future

We interviewed many companies when we were building our home and were by far the most comfortable and pleased with Artificial Grass Masters! Great friendly and hard working crew. Only one little bump in the road there was not enough time set aside to finish the job it took two days instead of one to complete my installation.

Great company! Ive used them in the past and currently have them working on a newer bigger project for us. No need to go anywhere else!

The grass looks real and nice. Just a couple of items that that you should be aware of.
1. The edges were not sealed well to prevent weeds from sprouting up.
2. I was told at installation that they would be back at some point in time to apply another coat of white sand. I have never heard from the installers since the original install date.
