I have ordered an expensive chess set at a birthday gift for my son. It arrived a week after his birthday and after several email reminders and follow up. It arrived missing the chess pieces and the beewax !! It's been a month since I wrote them about the missing pieces and I am yet to get a reply or a refund.
Worsley, I found replicas of the set on Amazon and Etsy for fraction of the price!

I have not received my chessboard, even though my credit card has been debited for the full price. WHERE IS MY CHESSBOARD?

I was giving this to a couple who are very particular and the salt cellar base was plain and ordinary not beautiful like the previous I have bought. Very disappointing.

It took a while to get here but the chess set is beautiful! Worth the time and the money.

isn't replying to my emails i believe their products to be cheap and drop shipped at this point and not worth the price tag $$$$$$$ i would doubt they are hand made even as i never got a response back asking if it is food safe

Very misleading company. They come across as a group of artisans but in reality are anything but. They are not in the US, some where in the Middle East and sell junk from China. Buyer beware!!!!

All good and quality products. I have experience with 3 successful orders delivered to Europe. Production sometimes takes mores time because its hand made.

You never actually shipped the item and your email doesn’t exist. Clearly just scammed me. Can’t believe you want a review.

We have been using ArtisRaw for our business for over a year now and have been very pleased. The quality of the work and the ease to work with them on custom items has been worth it.

I never received what I ordered. And when I’ve emailed requesting an update, I have not heard anything back from the company.

As of this date we still do not have our product from you. Sorry I paid extra to have expedited to me.

I have not received my order and all attempts to contact ArtisRaw have gone unanswered.

Very pleased with the herb stripper and honey pot. They are a beautiful olive wood. However, there needs to be a way to track the shipment. It took over 3 weeks to receive and I became concerned since I had no way to track.

My order was "processed" on 12/25. It's now a week later and I still havent gotten any sort of shipping notification. Incredibly slow.
