SCAMMERS! I bought a bundle of 3 identical lamps in August 2025 and never got the full delivery. The company refuses to reimburse me. Only 1 lamp out of 3 arrived from China a month after the order. 2 months later, a faulty lamp covered in many scratches arrived. The company replied to my complaint promising replacement. Another lamp arrived from China 3 months later - either the remplacement or the 3rd lamp, who knows. In any case, 5 months after the purchase one lamp is still missing. Pure lumière then stopped replying to my complaints and requests for reimbursement. A month later they did react to another complaint, saying they thought it was solved since I had not complained again. I have asked for the reimbursement 3 times now with no result. Instead, to discourage me, the client service asked again for all the pictures and a description of issues, which are already in the same correspondence. It is clear that the company has no intention to provide the purchased lamps or to reimburse me. I will now file a complaint with the consumer protection and fraud prevention authorities.
