SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THEIR REVIEWS!
To date I have purchased a hat, tank top and a long sleeve t-shirt on 2 separate orders. Here's my experience:
HAT: Quality is just absurd. You'll get a better quality hat at the Dollar Store. It appears to be for a child it's so small. The bill is sewn on crooked. It's not white. Looks like it was plucked out of a mud puddle. The graphic was acceptable.
TANK TOP: Same Dollar Store quality scenario. The graphic is okay but it's so low on the shirt if you tucked it in you'd see about half of it!
LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRT: Again..very poor quality shirt. The stitching is horrible. It's sticks up to a point at both shoulders. This MIGHT be salvageable after washing but I'm not going to hold my breath. The graphic is acceptable.
My guess is they buy their items in bulk directly from China probably paying 35-50 cents per item. 2 of these items are useless to me.
So here's a prediction....their response to this review will go something like this:
1- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
2- We understand your frustration and disappointment.
3- We are taking steps to improve every aspect of the customer experience.
4- We'll consider a replacement/refund if you do this, that and the 5 other things that you couldn't possibly know/do.
Here's the kicker...I can't even sign in to my account as they have created a username FOR me and have conveniently not shared that username WITH me!! What's that about?!! I will shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, likely scam
They never delivered the item I ordered and never notified me that it was not delivered. They charged me any way. When I wrote to inquire about the location of the item, they said it had been over a month since the "delivery" and there was nothing they could do other than charge me for a second order since it had been over a month. The latter was not true--I contacted them within a month of it being "shipped." Customer service rude and unhelpful. Business is likely a scam.

Product wasn't delivered, customer service will offer as little help as possible because "the pdf says delivered". Honestly, I will just dispute this with my bank and be done. Great customer service and excellent quality
I found a bunch of negative reviews about this site only after I had placed an order so I spent the days waiting for my items to arrive VERY nervous about if the quality would be good or if I would have any major issues. Thankfully, my order arrived on time and the quality of the t shirts is top notch. The graphics are great quality too and looks just like it was listed on their site.
I had one issue which is the reason for just giving 4 stars- they sent a shirt I did not order and left out one I did (order mixup maybe?) They were very quick to get my shirt back in production and are supposed to be shipping it out as a replacement. If I don't receive it for some reason, I'll update this review but as of now, I'm pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything has gone and how great the product turned out!

I wanted to order 10 iron on patches but they were asking $55 JUST FOR SHIPPING. This is outrageous and an example of greed. There is no way this should cost that much for shipping. Just out to rip people off.

The response they wrote below makes it seem as though they want to make it right, I did everything they asked and they still haven't responded to my contact which makes this experience even more fraudulent as they try to appear to be doing good business to all those reading the reviews. Beware, they are not, it's all smoke and mirrors.

I placed an order on artistshot for a baby onesie on December 10th and paid $49.38. The item arrived on January 9th and the printing on the onesie was unreadable. It was just like blobs of ink.
I provided photos and asked for a replacement or refund. I was told they could not replace it as "the design letters are that small, I can't assure you will see them even in a replacement". If that is the case why offer this item for sale?
OK, frustrating but as long as they provide a refund at least I'm not out any money. Upon requesting costs for return shipping be paid I was told they do not do this. The item was from overseas so it will cost me aprox $25 to send it back to them! So I'm out $25 because they sold me an item that isn't readable?
It appears this site is a scam and I wont buy from them again.

Wrong product shipped, I eat the cost of shipping...
I ordered a shirt for my wife for Christmas. Shipping was a 1/3 of the cost of the shirt, but I couldn't find it anywhere else. The wrong shirt was shipped. Right color, right size, completely the wrong print. It should have said "Weird mom's build character". Instead it had a picture of some boy band. Not only did she not get it for Christmas, but it cost $12 to ship it back, even though it was their error. Buying from them was no different than just throwing $30 away. This is why people use Amazon. I will not buy anything from them again.

Bad quality
Ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. The sweatshirt arrived with stains all over the sleeves. Besides the stains, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the sweatshirt material either. I worked with ArtistShot Customer Support and they provided a refund but I had to pay for return shipping. Since the product was defective/stained, I asked for refund on return shipping also but they refused. Would not recommend
