Arton - Great Choice
Professional, courteous giving explanations and advice during the service of the boiler. Boiler only installed a couple of years ago. Can’t fault customer service from this company.

Central heating flush and new filter
I had booked a flush through of the central heating system and new filter. It was booked to a date of my convenience though I was offered a date within a week. The engineer was prompt and the work was minimally invasive. He was polite and efficient. It was an all day job not without its difficulties for him but he was positive. Work was carried out yesterday and improvement is already evident . Arton will be my first choice gas service engineers from now on.

Appointment booked within 2 days. Some confusion with timing on the day. That was quickly sorted out by a lovely

Boiler Service
I am on a plan and the engineer Graham that completed the servicing of the boiler was meticulous, checked everything and fixed a part he discovered was faulty that could affect the boiler.

Fantastic and friendly service
Extremely happy with the service I received from Mark, Luca and Dan. I couldn’t be more impressed - from start to finish they were incredibly friendly, professional and informative. They kept me in the loop at each stage so I knew what was happening. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and everything was left neat and tidy and the quality of work was excellent. Graeme arrived on time. Clean and smart corporate uniform. Asked if he could come in Service carried out quietly and throughly, asked before moving anything or using a tap to wash components. Comprehensive itemised report with photos sent before leaving. Office followed up soon after On contract no worries.

Engineer arrived promptly and serviced my boiler with no fuss. He also advised on a couple of replacement radiators and an extra one.
