ArtParks and the artist they connected me to, Anna Tölgyesi Poós, were fantastic. They were available for updates when needed. Anna's attention to detail is incredible and she captured the detail of our Labrador Retriever incredibly well. Amazing given is was from a series of photographs and not in person. We were extremely delighted with the finished sculpture and it has pride of place in our home.

A great park with beautiful sculptures in a lovely setting

I have worked with the team at ArtParks for many years and have always felt valued and supported. I even went to visit their beautiful sculpture park on the island of Guernsey and was made to feel very welcome. I would highly recommend the website for sculpture purchases as you will receive an excellent service and high level of professionalism.

As an artist sculptor in bronze, I had a truly unique experience with ArtParkS. A couple of years ago, I wanted to quit sculpting for a more stable office job. It was Peter and his assistant who then went great length to convince me not to. Sending me long emails plenty of support and understanding, but most of all explaining how lucky I was to be born as an artist, to be able to make original works that so many people appreciate so much, even though I myself have doubts at times. I was touched that they cared. I did't believe in myself. They did believe in me. It helped so much. Sculpting is my life. Peter, I don't know how much to thank you! I will never forget that. Big thanks to Sarah then and now Joni for all the help and suggestions they give. ArtParkS is not only a very professional art selling place, one of the first such places present online, but a place with great people. People, for whom art is not only a job, but a passion and who know their artists and their works not only by numbers. They are lovely people. It is a lovely place that I'm proud to be a part of.

Great Marketing and Advertising Strategy. Happy to pass on enquiries to the artist to make a sale

I've dealt with them for years as an artist, they've made me some good sales and are always very helpful.

We ordered a sculpture by Kay Singla and were very pleased with the way the transaction was dealt with. They were quick to respond and very friendly in their dealings. We collected the sculpture from Kay and enjoyed immensely meeting her and having a view of her studio.
Altogether a perfect experience.

We have been selling sculpture through ArtParks for a number of years now. They are always a pleasure to work with, and I have always been impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

I ordered a bronze from Harriet glenn, it took 7 weeks to arrive and was damaged On delivery, she does not correspond with you when you have a problem, she blatantly tells lies when asked questions and only responds when she has to. I originally looked at the bronze on her website but managed to find it on art parks almost £400 cheaper, when ordering this from Peter head of artparks she must have realised it was me and decided to mess me around with my order, after a lot of emails and with little help from her I had no choice but to contact Peter about my order, two weeks later it arrived DAMAGED what a shock. I decided to let her know she said post it back and we will straighten it, I was not at all happy and asked for a replacement of which I thought I was entitled to, she was not prepared to do it so I contacted Peter and explained what had happened, he suggested I get my money back and have nothing more to do with her and then told me she had treated people like this before and told me they would take her off their website, this has not been done, Peter wanted me to take the bronze to some one local to have it looked at when I reluctantly agreed because I still wanted to keep it at the price I paid with them, and didn't trust her to do this for me after all the trouble I had with her, we discussed it with Peter as I wanted a replacement not for it to be straightened, he abruptly told me that it was not what I said on the email, this made me furious and told him I would cancel the order and return it directly. I sent it back via royal mail, Harriet promised me a £40 refund to cover the cost of return but I never received it surprise surprise. There is only one winner in this Harriet, she got her bronze back so she can sell it at a price she was happy with, thoroughly disgusted, she's messed us all around just to get her own way, i only hope that people can see what she is like, I don't want this sort of behaviour to happen to any one else and I won't ever purchase an item through her again and as for art parks I am disappointed in how you dealt with the whole situation, I hope you never sell this woman's products to unsuspecting customers again, very disappointed in you and won't buy from you in future!
