Absolutely appalling experience. Avoid at all costs.
This company is nothing but a complete scam. They turn up with people who clearly have no professional experience or qualifications in photography or videography. The quality of their work is shockingly poor and it’s clear they have no clue what they’re doing. We paid them in good faith and once they had the money it felt like they vanished. No communication no delivery and certainly no accountability.

They talk a good game before payment but once they’re on site it becomes obvious that they’re not even remotely capable of delivering what they promise. It’s basically a bait and switch operation.

Save yourself the stress wasted time and lost money. Storyvord is completely unprofessional untrustworthy and a total ripoff
