Very poor customer service promised…

Very poor customer service promised dispatch multiple times and lied then forgot to add extra prints.

However has since rectified the problems. Thank you

Dear Hollie,
We are sorry about your experience but as we explained we sent the prints with 2nd class and after that we sent you 1st class a replacement. However due to your experience we also refunded the print fully because the mount was damaged. If you wish a refund to the second photo as well please feel free to send it back and we will refund that too of course. We always do our best for our customers and sorry again for your experience. The photos are really good quality and affordable. School photos are quickly uploaded and flexibility to choose the ones that you require.
